Answer:
I would say these drill bits would work with a power drill, unless an individual has one of those old time hand crank drills, and then they would probably still work in it.
"The Home Depot"has a good selection of tools, and also good quality brand names.
I for one enjoy shopping at "The Home Depot'.
Have a great day1

Answer:
I actually purchased these for stainless steel and did not have success drilling into the metal. I bought cobalt bits and they worked much, much better.

Answer:
Thin stainless steel should be okay. The bits will eventually dull quickly if you are drilling a lot of stainless steel.

I have been using these drill bits for over 2 years now for various projects. For wood, plastic, aluminum, and lite steel these work great! Pros: Nice case TI coated Pilot point bit sharp Cons: Bits come loose in case over time smaller drills can break easy/not forgiving May 15, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by well, the case is nice I thought these were a great deal until I used them for a few weeks. I was using the bits on wood for a home project. They worked good at first but got dull to the point they were unusable real fast. I'm shocked how many people gave these five stars. If i had to use these bits for work, my family would go hungry.
