Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NOT AS EASY AS ADVERTISED THE BOX CAME ON TIME AS PROMISED. THE BOX WAS HEAVILY DAMAGED AND RETAPED BY THE SHIPPER I ASSUME. ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THE BOX AS THE SMALL PARTS WERE IN INDIVIDUAL BAGS. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BACK OF THE BOX WERE DAMAGED SO BADLY THAT TEY WERE NOT LEGIBLE. FORTUNATELLY ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION WERE UNDAMGED IN THE BOX. THE FRAMES CAN PREASSEMBLED AND WHEN I TRIED TO INSTALL THEM THEY DID NOT SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY. I DETERMINED THAT THEY HAD BEEN ASSEMBLED INCORRECTLY AT THE FACTORY. I DISASSEMBLE THE FRAME WORK AND REASSEMBLED PROPERLY. EVEN THE WARNING DECAL IS INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN. AFTER INSTALLATION I REALIZED THE COUNTERBALANCE SPRINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED MAKING THIS A POOR VALUE. I WANTED AND OVERHEAD DOOR BUT HAVE AN ODD OPENING WIDTH SO A SECTIONAL DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY EXPENSIVE, THAT IS THE REASON I CHOSE THIS DOOR MECHANISM. September 6, 2016
