It more so applies if you intend on further modifying the item on site, as it is in regard to wood dust being created. The exact terminology in the prop applies to real wood reads as follows: "Warning: Drilling, sawing, sanding or machining wood products can expose you to wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer.
