Been installed now a little over a month. No issues whatsoever. Brakes very well, but really only need to use one. Workbench is large and heavy, but rolls easily. Barely have to push it. Great product!
I did need to have my own screws on hand for this. I attached them to the 2x4/2x6 legs by attaching squares cut from some scrap wood I had lying around. Used washers and screws, 4 of each for each wheel. Working well so far. Not wobbly at all as one reviewer had said.

Great caster. Surprising how smooth it rolls. Makes my workbench a cinch to move around. I was thinking bigger is better, but these make the bench a noticably more wobbly compared to the 3in casters so I'll probably stick with the heavyduty 3's in the future. Not wobbly like its going to fall apart, just that's what you get with such tall wheels.

These casters are great! Smooth rolling -- even with heavy object (work bench). Some other reviewer complained that there are no matching non-swivel casters; that's not a problem at all -- I put the swivel casters on all four corners, and my bench moves easily (glides) in any direction I want (forward, backward, side to side); I'm not restricted by the non-swiveling casters on one end.

Easy to mount and supporting the load without any complaints. The break is also pretty efficient in getting my moving platform stopped.

Almost all rolling cabinets use two stationary wheels (rigid) and two omni directional wheels. In this case you sell a terrific wheel caster wheel but no mate. Additionally, if one purchased this wheel and locked the direction in place and used it like a rigid wheel, you can't because the cam isn't set at zero rotation; thus the wheel is offset in the direction. Silly how this got through the HD buying dept.
