We love the look of this sink! It was relatively easy to install (note: I did not install it, someone did it for me). However, within 4 months of installation the seams are broken and somehow absorbing water. The bathroom is not always moist or wet, we have a dehumidifier on just in case and still it is collecting mold at the seams where it is breaking. So now we have a brand new bathroom that is fully renovated and the sink and vanity look old and broken. I am really disappointed.

The size is perfect for the small bath room but the cabinet and porcelain quality are up to the price.

The installation was easy. I loved the sink, it was the perfect size for our small bathroom. We installed this 7 months ago and the sink is totally falling apart at the seams, literally. There is no problems with the ventilation in the bathroom. The veneer or plastic coating that is on the sink is just pulling away. It looks terrible. I am very disappointed as I really like the sink in my bathroom.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by kole727 Cheap materials means they won't last past one year
While I really appreciated the overall design of the sink, I've found that after 6 months, the cheap materials for the cabinet tend to expand, warp and crack. Most probably due to humidity from hot showers. Now it looks too beat up, and will have to be replaced. The porcelain is fine, so hopefully it can be saved.
Please note, the sink is very small, so it's recommended that you purchase this only if your bathroom space is limited. Also, installation is not as simple as it should be. Other reviews warn about this.
My advice: spend a bit more and get something that will last a long time.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lindz Base is already looking waterlogged
We installed this sink about 7 months ago. In the process of getting used to the smaller sink basin, some water would drip over the front edge of the sink (mostly while trying to wash my face...) and down the face of the cabinet. While I am always trying to be mindful of the drips, I did notice that the top corner edge of the cabinet has started to separate, I would assume due to water damage. I cringe at the thought of how the cabinet will fare even a year from now if I don't come up with a practical solution. We haven't experienced any other issues with the unit and I like the overall look and low profile of it.

I was trying to find a really little sink for my really little bathroom. This was exactly what I needed. I loved the farm sink look and that it sits right on top of the cabinet. Was concerned about stability, but so far it seems to stay where it's put and no rocking. Of course, you use a lot of silicon too.
The cabinet is a little rinky dink. I've screwed and glued the door stop back in now. I can foresee putting the sink onto another cabinet at some time, but I'm keeping the sink part for sure! But as it stands, I have quite a bit more room in my bathroom now and it definitely serves its purpose and is just adorable to look at.
The size alone should tell you how small it is, but I can brush my teeth, wash my hands and face, etc., and not be hampered.

We have a very small powder room that needed a gut rehab. This vanity/sink combo has proven to be ideal. The contemporary design really makes a statement without being overwhelming. The white sink and cabinet both maximize the light in the space. The price was good. According to our contractor there were no installation issues.
I'd rate it higher but it doesn't clean itself.
We're very happy!
