This tape isn't any better than the regular blue painting tape!!!! It cost about 3-4 times more. I tried both the green and yellow frog tape. The case is the best and cutest of all the whole experience.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nogo The delicate worked much better for me
I tried the general purpose the first time and it did remove paint from the ceiling I had applied about a week earlier. However, it's been really, really humid (July in D.C.). So, I gave the delicate version of this tape a try -- worked perfect! The lines are sharp!
I also made sure to use a scraper (per the directions) as when I didn't use a plastic scraper to push down the edges of the tape, I had some bleeding. I recognize the "delicate" is lower adhesion, but given I tried both within a day of each other on the same surface, I preferred the delicate. I suppose if it was less humid, the general purpose would have worked better. And, the roll is 60 yards, which since I have so much left, I'm trying to find out what else I can make lines on.... hmmmmmm!
I gave it a 4 out of 5 because it is time consuming to do on a ceiling -- however, I tried free hand and tried using a small brush -- took much longer and looked like doggie doo-doo. So, definitely the next time I do this I'm using this tape!

so i found this tape to do the opposite, i did a beautiful coford ceiling in my family room and wanted to do the inserts a different colors . so I taped the wall and inserts and start painting, the wall paint had dryed for at least four days and to my horror when removing the tape it pulled most of the paint off! so I will never buy this product again.

I used frog tape for the first time to paint stripes. The lines were perfect. I ran out of the frog tape toward the end of the project so used some of the blue tape I had on hand. The difference was incredible. The blue taped lines had smudges along the edges. Wound up having to go buy more frog tape to correct the smudged stripe edges created by the blue tape. Also the frog tape did not pull new paint off from the wall when removed. From now on any paint project I do will use frog tape only.

Purchased this yellow Frog tape based on the recommendation of a HD paint department employee. I wanted to mask around a slight curve. This tape is actually less flexible than the blue 3M tape.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. I used Frog tape delicate on 7 different cut in for color change. 4 of those cuts were ceiling to wall and the other wall to wall. I used Sherman Williams latex paint that was applied 18 hours prior for the surface to accept the tape. I was worried on the first wall so I did the easiest to fix first just in case. Put it on, cut in the areas and then a second coat and took the tape off immediately after the second coat. Crisp clean lines, didn't damage the fresh paint in the least. I am a believer and will be using this again! Great product. Just read and follow the instructions.

I was told Frog Tape was great, so I decided to give it a try. I purchased the delicate surface tape. It says for use on fresh paint (less than 24 hours). My walls had been painted a week, but when I pulled the tape off it pulled off the paint. The other problem I had was it falling off the walls. It was more expensive than the regular blue tape and it performed worse than the blue tape i got from the Dollar Store.
