Delivery was prompt and price was fair. However...the product delivered is not the same as the one shown. The display photo shows a sweep that extends the full width of the 1-3/4 inch frame. In fact, the sweep is only about half as wide as what is shown. It's design is similar, but its attachment points are fully 1/2 in from the outer edges, making the sweep seal surface only about 3/4" wide. The consruction is a good quality aluminum, and the vinyl seal is softer than most and should seal OK. Disappointed that it's not as shown, but it's still the best design and construction that I could find.
No explanation was given about a substitute.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by ML The product is not exactly as shown in the picture.
I bought this product because the picture shows the rubber sweep on the bottom attaches in two grooves on either side. The sweep I have is similar to the one in the picture, and you can't find just the rubber insert anywhere.
I am sure the product is fine as is, but I needed the rubber piece to replace my own and I am not interested in replacing the whole sweep. Home Depot needs to make sure the product is represented correctly in the photos. I will return this and get my money back, but I am disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by browndoor Just as advertised, but be aware ...
The drip cap, which is a good feature, requires some finesse. Since it is full length, the door won't close until the drip shield is trimmed. The instructions suggest doing something stupid - cutting the entire unit down to provide the clearance. Instead, just mark the drip cap itself. snip it with shears or even scissors, finish with a coping saw or hack saw to get a full notch. Grab each end piece with pliers and flex it a few times and it will snap off. Leaving you with a full width sweep that will let the door close. If the door is less than the standard 36" then the sweep itself will have to be cut down before you deal with the drip cap.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Picture is different
I agree with the first reviewer in that the product I received is not what is pictured. I ordered this door sweep just for the vinyl seal on the bottom as I needed a refill for my existing door sweep and could not find one that would hook into my existing sweep in any stores and also could not find this design just as a refill without the sweep. The vinyl seal in this picture would have fit perfectly; however the one that came with the sweep does not have the same design and hooks in differently than the one in the picture. I think the sweep works fine but just know that it isn’t exactly what is in the picture.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jhansonxi Useful for repairing an old door
A good replacement on a door that was beginning to rot. It keeps the door skins together but I had to buy longer screws (stainless steel) to keep it in place. It was a tight fit with the current threshold which caused the seal to be slid out while closing. i had to add a screw and washer through the seal to keep it from moving.
The current product picture is wrong. The seal strip is only about half the width of the frame.
