We needed to replace our old toilet at 6pm on a weeknight. Went online and purchased this model and picked it up in store 60 minutes later. It was actually more work to remove the old commode than it was to install this one. My husband had it put together in less than an hour and minimal amount of tools were required. The bath is very small and we were afraid this model might be too large. But it fit nice and we love the dual flush, push button feature. We are now in the process of doing a complete remodel on this bathroom and will definitely be purchasing our new upgrades from HD.

GREAT UNIT AS STATED IN OTHER REVIEWS. WATER SENSE UNIT ARE THE WAVE OF THE FUTURE "PUN INTENDED".
SOME PROBLEMS I FOUND THAT REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NOT AT HOME DEPOT. UNIT IS WARRANTIED, BUT IF YOU NEED INSTANT REPLACEMENT PARTS....YOUR UP THE PROVERBIAL CREEK.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. WORKING COMPONENT INSTRUCTIONS ARE WEAK AT BEST. WHAT LIMITED INSTRUCTIONS ARE LOCATED IN THE TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION OF THE INSTRUCTIONS.
IF IN FACT YOU WANT TO INCREASE THE WATER LEVEL, THERE IS A CLIP ON THE FILL VALVE THAT IS ABOUT HALF WAY DOWN FROM THE TOP OF THE VALE. YOU'LL HAVE TO TAKE YOUR FINGERNAIL OR SMALL SCREWDRIVER TO SLIDE IT. THE WATER LEVEL LINE IS PRINTED ON THE BOWL FILL VALVE. YOU CAN'T RAISE THE WATER LEVEL MUCH, BUT IT CAN BE DONE.
I ALSO FOUND THAT THE GASKET BETWEEN THE BOWL AND THE TANK IS WAY TO THICK AND YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET A SOLID SEAT BETWEEN THE TANK AND THE BOWL TO ALLEVIATE TANK MOVEMENT.
OVERALL THE UNIT IS GOOD AND WOULD BUY ANOTHER. UNIT ALSO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $99.00 REBATE FROM THE WATER COMPANY, HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA.

The water that stays in the bowl between flushes is very low, so when you "lay a load," any of that matter not in the water will stick to the bowl (unless your "load" is rock hard and won't stick). Then when you flush, the water power is so minimal that it doesn't clean any of the material stuck to it. I have to keep a toilet brush to scrub the waste every time I go "number two." I've had a plumber tell me it's one of the worst he's seen and I'm embarrassed to have guests over due to this toilet. But hey, if you only go "number 1" then this toilet may be of benefit. Oh and one last gripe... the toilet seat is cheap and constantly comes loose.

I purchased 2 of these toilets.Only one has been installed. The tank tilts toward the seat.No amount of adjusting makes it erect w/o shimming and that's ridiculous. The tank wobbles too.And yes it was properly installed. The flush system is poor.Very little water pours down the bowl to accomplish a clean sweep of solids.I concur with another reviewer that everything sticks. The dual flush doesn't address that.Yes the seat is not worth it and if you need for ADA needs you will need to buy an open front toilet seat .Home Depot sells this seat w/o a lid ,manufactured by Bemis.
I am returning the unused boxed toilet and calling to see if they will take the defective one also.

Great toilet. Looks good and has an excellent flush. Dual flush is a bonus money saver for us. Would definitely buy this toilet for next bathroom reno.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Looks Great, Works well, Saves Water!
PROS - This toilet had it all for us - the look that I wanted, and the water-saving qualities my husband wanted.
I had found a similar, more expensive brand toilet, that had this look - but I wasn't going to pay 3x this price for it.
So when I found this one online, I was ecstatic. I like that the base and top of the tank mimic wood moulding, which I have a lot of in my bathroom. Looks great in our "traditional/transitional" bathroom.
I guess it was easy to install, no complaints heard from the installers.
Since our local store carried them, I purchased them online and my husband picked them up at the store a couple of days later - very convenient!
CONS - I'm 5'3" tall and , um, when I'm using the facilities, I can only touch the ground with my tip-toes.. still love the toilet though!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jerrymc No Internal parts illustrations or Glacier Bay Website
Had my contractor install this. It was easy to install and I really like the style and ease of use.
Flushes pretty well; you can hold down the button a couple seconds if you need more flushing power.
My only complaint is that the manual has NO illustrations or pictures of the INSIDE parts.
The Troubleshooting page tells you which screws to adjust and I have no idea what they are referring to because there are NO pictures of the internal parts.
I tried Googling the manufacture "Glacier Bay" only to find that Global Union makees these and their website has NO support for these either. hmmmm.
I'm still buying 2 more for my other bathrooms, but wish they had a support website. :)

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Abby Great Toilet for the price
I don't know how to rate this toilet. It is very efficient and quiet and easy to clean, but I paid alot of money to redo my bathroom and about a week after everything was done we noticed a leak on the floor along side the base of the toilet. This persisted and we had to get the contracter to come back (not easy as he is out of state 5 hours away )He came back and replaced the wax ring which proved not to be effective. 2 days of leaking and he again replaced this with a new flange and another wax ring . Still ineffective !! Now he is coming back for a third time to replace our toilet and we were advised to buy a different model as this obviously has a defect in the manufacturing. Very disappointed as we really do like this model.
