Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sully Great quality at a great price + super easy install!!
This Glacier Bay faucet is less expensive than other brands and it looks/works great! Plus, it's so much easier to install because of the top-tightening mechanism. After having spent hours under the sink trying to tighten other conventional models with a gasket and bolts in confined spaces - this top-tightening mechanism is so much easier and gets a better seal on the countertop!! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by gbreview No Swing
I've had two of these and both after a year froze up in that it wouldn't swing back and forth from sink to sink. I've read the reviews and most I see are having leak/pressure issues or hose not retracting issues. Leaks can be fixed and usually leaks are from poor installation. Reacting the hose is a weight adjustment and simple to make the weight adjustment. I installed a water softener to help keep my faucets free from lime build up and can't believe I've had the same problem with two of these faucets!! It took each faucet over a year to slowly tighten up so Home Depot would not allow it to be returned. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HDao Hard to swing between sinks after a few years of usage
I have this faucet installed about 2-3 years. When it is newly installed, it swings between sinks easily but then it starts getting slow and VERY hard to swing. I have yet figured what has caused this problem. There are several reviews with this same type of problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jay123 Please don't buy
O where to begin… 1st the installation nut (only having one) makes it very hard to get a tight seal on sink. Next when the water was turned on it came out fast and then slowed down like it was clogged??? Took all hoses off again and re-connected everything and had the same results AGAIN!! Went and bought the Moen Banbury 2 handle side sprayer faucet in chrome from home depot which was $69 compared to Glacier bay $98. The installation process on the Moen (having 2 nuts) I was able to get a tight fit to sink and installation was all of 15 minutes. Turn water on and had normal pressure. After talking to home depot employee he stated that the water flow is a known issue with Glacier bay faucet. I would recommend a different brand, please don’t put yourself through the aggravation that I went through.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AuntDD How to fix the sprayer hose retraction problem.
My husband and I purchased this faucet 8/10/14. We first put it together with the discharge tube hose in the small hole. He went to Home Depot and found out that we needed to take the quick connector off the sprayer hose then it would fit right down into the small hole. Then reattach the quick connector back onto the hose. That seemed to fix our problem really well, since we had the hoses mixed up the first time. We also moved the weight about 2 more inches up on the sprayer hose to give it a little more oomph for the sprayer to go back into its slot. Now, it practically pulls in by itself. Great fix and it works wonderfully!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CMcm Avoid the GLACIER BRAND like the plague
I've had two of these and both after a year froze up in that it wouldn't swing back and forth from sink to sink. I've read the reviews and most I see are having leak/pressure issues or hose not retracting issues. This time , 3rd unit, the cartridge failed after 5 months. I've had the same problem with three of these faucets!! It took each faucet over a year to slowly tighten up so Home Depot would not allow it to be returned. Nice looking design, poor quality product, great for those wanting to sell their house in 30 days. HOME DEPOT brand that they do not stand behind, except for 90 days.

This faucet was installed for just over a year before it began leaking. It caused water damage to the area under the sink. Now I am out a faucet and have to pay to have the damage repaired...
