I bought these for my home bar and they look awesome. They really compliment everything.
They were easy to install with no tools required (except for the track I had to install first).

Used these to replace 6 existing track lights for an updated look to our kitchen. The previous pendant lights had large connectors containing transformers and after 10 years, the transformers have been going out one by one, having to be replaced at a cost more than the cost of each of these lights. I used dim-able LED bulbs, which are more efficient than incandescent and much cooler. Overall, I like the look and shortening the wire and installation was pretty straight forward. I did have some difficulty connecting to the track on some units-I needed to bend the contacts a bit so that they would line up with the track. Also, I would recommend looking in each box to make sure that all the parts are there--some unscrupulous customers returned lights after they had installed them--without all the parts. I was disappointed more than once and thought that Home Depot should have made sure all the part were returned before restocking.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Aaron Look nice, but difficult installation!
Bought these to replace old pendants on a track. Shortening the wires proved to be time consuming and challenging. First, the wires were very kinked upon coming out of the boxes, making it challenging to accurately measure (straight) the length to shorten them each to the same length. The portion of the wire inside the track adapter box is fed through a "figure eight" shaped wire grip. If you are hanging multiple pendants and want them to be the same length, the wire grip can mess with your original measurements, if each pendant wire is not fed through its wire grip at precisely the same tightness. The adapter boxes are very small, which looks nice, but is a tight squeeze to fit the wires, wire grip, and wire connectors. Had I realized how challenging it would be to shorten each wire to the appropriate length and get the lengths of multiple pendants to match perfectly, I would've gone another route.

We purchased three fixtures after seeing them in neighbor's house. Living on the NC coast we are always concerned about corosion on metal. Our neighbors have had their lights for over two years and they look new so no problem there. The design and quality are great. We opted for the non trac lighting installation which was more difficult but no different than installing any other light.

I spent $16,500+ remodeling my kitchen: appliances, recessed lighting, dimmer switches, flooring, granite counter tops, sink, faucet and disposal, under cabinet lighting, cabinet hardware, windows, window treatments, oak doors, trim and floor board, and four gallons of paint. All that, and what sets off the most used room in the house? Two $27 light fixtures with $13 light bulbs that I never intended to buy. And even after I put them in the cart, I figured 5 to 1 I'd be returning them.
The track above the sink was already in place. The new fixtures just needed some of the very long cord shortened. After an hour working at a table (yes, sitting for once), the six previous compact heads were down, the two new pendants were up and look awesome. Amazing how $80 of lighting trumps all the other improvements (almost, the granite is still top dog).

These pendant lights look like we spent much, much more than we did. Extremely with our purchase.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dempstick Great finish but has a few issues
I bought these fixtures to replace ELV track heads in my stairwell. The sockets (I think GU19, two-pin stab-in) were going bad and I was down to 2 of 4 working.
The good: The satin nickel finish is very good. They look fantastic.
The bad: the kneeling on one of the three screws do one of my fixtures was gone so it was difficult to assemble properly. One of the sockets shorted out if you screwed the bulb in too tight on another fixture. The wire that powers and supports the fixtures ships bundled. As a result, the wire is not straight when you hang the fixture. I've had them for about a month and the wire is still not straight. Since the track is Hampton Bay, I was locked into getting these or replacing the whole track. If the sockets fail on these as the ELV did, that will be my next step. I am mildly satisfied after a month of living with them.
