Answer:
the cover is held up by 4 thumb screws. 2 on each end. you may need a pliers to remove. you will need two people to remove. one to remove screws and one to hold up the cover. the bulbs are standard twist type. but the twist sockets are of very poor quality and will, in all probability, break rendering the light fixture useless. good luck.

Answer:
There are 2 screws on each side that you take off then lower the whole cover. There is a braket on one end that the cover will hang on so just one person can do it.

Answer:
Changing bulbs will be a bit of an ordeal. You'll need to remove the nuts at both ends of the fixture and completely remove the cover. In addition, if you chose to use the foam tape during installation (to cover the light gap it leaves at the ceiling), it will cause the paint to be peeled off your ceiling.

The tape is fine, the ceiling is the problem. If your ceiling is like mine where it is not flat than you will have light that shows between the fixture and your ceiling. That is what the tape is for. I found it VERY hard to use the tape on the inside of the fixture and have it block out the light. I put it on the outside and it worked GREAT. If you stare at the fixture you can notice the tape on the top Read More

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 85 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Look to an Old Kitchen The Russet Fluorescent ceiling light looks great. It was not to hard to install, but requires two people to install. It did help to have a third person to mark the mounting holes. We have gotten great comments from our friends who have seen them. We mounted two. August 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by kitchen overhead light this took my husband 5 minutes to install after taking out the old one. very easy May 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the price! Installation did not take me long, but light is not worth the price! Frame is not straight. Gap between frame and ceiling where light escapes is awful! Now I'm stuck with the burden of finding a better solution than the manufacturer's lame adhesive strip to hide the gap. I should put back in the box and return it! Poor, poor quality. Btw, the cheap ballast probably won't make 3 months. December 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Saguro Flush mount 4-Light Russet Ceiling Florescent Light Absolutely love my new lights in my remodeled kitchen. Everyone that comes in say they love them too! April 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice quality Love the look of our new light. Installed in about 30 minutes. Light does leak out between fixture and ceiling but we chose to drop fixture down a quarter to half inch all the way around so it looks intentional. Threw away the foam seal which was useless. March 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great lighting! This fixture is really nice. It blends in with the rustic look of our kitchen and also brightened it up a lot. The only thing I could see people saying bad about this is the light that glows around the ceiling. It doesn't bother us. March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great light for a kitchen Easy to install, throws out a lot of light great for the kitchen!!! November 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not use parts included Purchased this fixture a little over a year ago and used the anchors and screws that can with it. About a year after installing it the anchors and screws did not hold the fixture and came home to it hanging in the middle of the kitchen. Ended up reinstalling using higher quality toggle bolts which I should have done initially. Would have gave 4 stars as the light works and looks great, just wish Hampton Bay didn't decide to get cheap when it came to hanging hardware. January 30, 2016
