The Russet Fluorescent ceiling light looks great. It was not to hard to install, but requires two people to install. It did help to have a third person to mark the mounting holes. We have gotten great comments from our friends who have seen them. We mounted two.

Installation did not take me long, but light is not worth the price! Frame is not straight. Gap between frame and ceiling where light escapes is awful! Now I'm stuck with the burden of finding a better solution than the manufacturer's lame adhesive strip to hide the gap. I should put back in the box and return it! Poor, poor quality. Btw, the cheap ballast probably won't make 3 months.

Absolutely love my new lights in my remodeled kitchen. Everyone that comes in say they love them too!

Love the look of our new light. Installed in about 30 minutes.
Light does leak out between fixture and ceiling but we chose to drop fixture down a quarter to half inch all the way around so it looks intentional. Threw away the foam seal which was useless.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Norman79 great lighting!
This fixture is really nice. It blends in with the rustic look of our kitchen and also brightened it up a lot. The only thing I could see people saying bad about this is the light that glows around the ceiling. It doesn't bother us.

Purchased this fixture a little over a year ago and used the anchors and screws that can with it. About a year after installing it the anchors and screws did not hold the fixture and came home to it hanging in the middle of the kitchen. Ended up reinstalling using higher quality toggle bolts which I should have done initially. Would have gave 4 stars as the light works and looks great, just wish Hampton Bay didn't decide to get cheap when it came to hanging hardware.
