This is very thick so it isn't like a self-leveling mix, but is good for filling cracks, holes, voids, etc. I found that misting he surface slightly with water helped the mix spread and stick better. I used this on a wood floor in prep for a follow-up skimcoat, and then glue-down carpet squares. I did have to press the mix into the narrow cracks and, the more I worked the mix, the less it wanted to 'stick,' thus the suggestion to mist the surface very lightly. Also, don't be afraid to 'clean' your trowel or putty knife of the drying mix - it dries very fast, which contributes to the lack of 'stick' when worked.
Keep the lid on the bucket, unless you are scooping more mix out. It dries very fast.

Very easy to apply have used to fill cracks and level low spots without fail. It can be difficult to sand so make sure you get it smooth

Sets quickly 2 hours, work in small height levels no more than 1/4 inch at a time.

Is hard to smooth with a trowel, needs to be ground before applying the vinyl flooring.

It worked well, but wonder how longthe unused portion will be useable. Kinda gritty but set up well with addition of heat

Bought product to level uneven cement floor prior to tiling. It wasn't hard to apply and dried as promised, but unless the discrepancy in the floor was less than 1/4 inch, I would not use again. Had to go back over it with something else to finish the job.
