Answer:
i just used it on my ceiling and it worked fine. Wear goggles if you do it since the spray will partially fall down on to your face. Also, the oil-based version worked much better over my patching than the water-based version.

Answer:
In my use, it would seem that it could be used on ceilings. I did use it at different orientations without a problem in flow.
Also note that traditional hoppers also have issues with ceilings or overhead use.
That said, if I was going to start a ceiling from scratch, I would use a splay brush and skip the possible vertical spray issues.

Answer:
I DIDN'T TRY IT ON A CEILING, BUT I DON'T THINK THE CAN IS DESIGNED TO SPRAY UPWARDS. AND I WOULD SUGGEST PLENTY OF VENTILATION IF YOU TRY.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. This product is designed for wall application only. It does have a tube inside of the can quit spraying if tilted for ceiling. We do have a texture called Orange Peel/Knockdown Ceiling texture and that is a vertical spray that will repair your ceiling texture.

Answer:
Yes, texture can be used months later as long as the nozzle is cleared by turning the can upside and spraying until texture is cleared. Then store in a dry, cool area.

Answer:
I would guess, "Yes", but I think you significantly up your chances of long term success by going with a good primer first.
If you are trying to completely disguise the fact that they are cinder blocks, then this is not going to provide that much of a disguise. You'd be better off using a cheap paneling or a heavier hand-applied joint compound mixed with latex paint.

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes this will work on cement walls as long as they are primed with a neutral primer.

Answer:
No, this is absolutely the wrong product for that application. You should look at using a clear silicone caulk for sealing a crack that will be exposed to water.

Answer:
Ed- No, this is not for use on pet cages. It is a wall texture to be used on drywall in an interior setting.

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 92 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No better way to match an existing wall texture I've been using Homax texturized for maybe ten years now, in home remodeling. It's pricey, but the oil-based product (which stinks horribly when applied) has evolved into an excellent product. For patching wall repairs, no better way to match an existing texture. The user needs to have open windows for 2-3 hours, or have good exhaust fans in the room. If you're a first-timer, you need to adjust the flow dial at the back of the spray nozzle, you need to shake the can occasionally while using, it, and I encourage you to roll on a coat of primer after it's applied. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by we use every single day for our project October 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need smaller can for small jobs The product worked well. However, this stuff does not store well and when you only need a small amount and the store only carries a large can with a price tag in excess of $13, it seems way too expensive. How about carrying some smaller, less expensive cans of this product? September 13, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Papa Joe There's just not enough in a can. Great for small jobs. October 4, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy Purchased 9cans at two different times and 3 of the 9 cans did not spray correctly making a mess. I have used this many times and a pain. October 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really works! I have tried other roll-on texture and could not get it to match the texture that was already on the wall. This has 3 options and I am really happy about the way it looks. I did use primer before and after repairing the crack on the wall. September 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good product if working I have bought 3 can recently the first one was working great at first and then just stopped spraying so I returned it. The next can did NOT work at all. The 3rd can works ok but can't adjust the texture. so I hope they can fix the delivery system of the product August 30, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Practice Not new user friendly , getting the correct setting takes time . So it's easy to set not so easy to match the wall texture , first can was a struggle , but by can 5 I was an expert expect some practice and start fine and more to coarse August 16, 2016
