Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bobatch I like it but not fun to put together.
Now that this is put together, I like it. BUT, putting it together was a pain. Even the drawers need to be screwed together. The instructions aren't user-friendly. As well, they tell you to put the wheels on first but even though one side of the wheels lock, it is awful because the whole thing still slides around as you're trying to assemble it! I think it's someone's idea of a joke! Definitely do not put the wheels on first - they go on easily at the end however, I opted to keep them off because I like it better without them. In the end, I do quite like this item but wish it hadn't been so difficult. A 2 person job as well and a 3rd person and a drill comes in handy.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wolf Useful, but manufacturing problems
The middle shelf had disintegrated when I opened the box. I was able to work around it, but for someone with little mechanical skill that would be a problem.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Susan Looks great painted and stained.
I bought this cart to paint and stain. It was a lot of work but it looks great. I used an orbital sander to sand the finish to prep it for paint and stain.
I used Minwax Jacobean stain (from Home Depot) to stain the top and shelves.
I drilled three holes to use my own knobs instead of the included towel bar, but I put ferrules over the holes the towel bar goes into so it can be switched over later if desired. A dab of clear adhesive caulking holds the ferrules in but they are still removable. The included hardware is fine, but I wanted it to look more customized.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gary Nice Cart - I Recommend and Would Buy Again
The cart was easy for one person to assemble. Everything went together as it was intended. It took about 90 minutes without rushing
It would be better if all four, instead of just two, casters locked. The Cart would have less tendency to move in use
The one thin spray coat of lacquer finish looks nice, but I doubt it is very durable and I redid just the top with several coats of satin polyurethane varnish and recommend others do something similar

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by incognitoNYC Great addition to the kitchen
After moving into a new duplex we realized that the amount of countertop & storage space we had was pretty minimal. After seeing a similar kitchen cart at Ikea I decided to buy this one because it was larger and looked a lot more solid and durable. And it is. The open storage below comes in handy for items you need easy access to that you use all the time. And adding two additional drawers to our kitchen was a big plus. The fact that it's on wheels helps too because we can move it out of the eat-in kitchen if we have guests over for dinner & need more space.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Xiaonomama Great product but be sure to read these helpful reviews
I bought this cart to replace our much smaller and older cart. It is exactly what I wanted, the size, the height and two drawers - perfect! Glad I read all the reviews here before making the purchase, though, so I knew what to expect going in. It was indeed a 2-people job and took about 2 hours. I had the power drill handy, which made the job a lot easier. The manual needs a little tweaking. The back panel E with two holes is supposed to face forward. Also the side towel bar already came with the metal top screws inserted, so you will only find the one extra screw in the separate hardware box. If your power drill has a hexagon tip, that will make your job easier. Or one of those free hexagon wrenches that come with DIY furniture will allow 2 people to work at the same time. The kit comes with one each of L-shaped and straight wrench (this one is useless, so they should have enclosed two of L-shape ones). I am hoping to pain this cart eventually to match our darker color cabinets but the maple looks just fine for now.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sarah This product was a MAJOR disappointment!!!!
I purchased this item, and was shocked at the quality of the parts that I had to put together. The drawers are not in alignment, no matter how many times I have taken it apart and put it back together. I even took pictures, as I couldn't Believe how poor the product turned out, especially considering what I spent on it. This product amongst another recent purchase from Home Depot will absolutely prevent me from continuing to do business with Home Depot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stevo Great value for the cost
I was pretty happy with this cart when it arrived. We ended up going with the solid wood top. I was a little worried about the washed-out, yellowed appearance on the Home Depot website, but it looks pretty good and is not at all yellow. Solid feel. Easy to put together (if you have the tools). Should last awhile. Should be easy to repaint down the road if I decide to change the look of it.
