Worked great for all my projects. I am building a covered porch and I used this saw for everything! I continue to find other projects that it works great for too! Very happy.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by carnini Good say for important cuts
Bought this one to replace a saw I have been using for many many years. The original one is dull but that is after years of use so a good product. I liked it so much I bought another one. Its a very stiff say so great making those difficult cuts that a bendy blade is so bad at.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by benito22 Good Value for a saw
Found the saw easy to use and setup. Like the lazor guide too. For the price this was a good value and I expect to use this saw for a long time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pburk Nothing like a new saw with sharp teeth !
The back saw has nice sharp relatively closely spaced teeth and an angled wooden handle for ergonomic sawing. Its compact size makes it easy to handle. Of course the top edge has a metal reinforcement which is why it is called a back saw. It seems very sturdy.
For the price I wish they would include a miter box with the saw.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lilrabbit Yes Virgina, you can cut dovetails
For 10 bucks? Not bad.
If you were going to become a hand tool woodworking artisan, which I'm not, you'd be on the look out for a better saw but I hacked out a trio of practice dovetails without much fuss. Cuts softwood reasonably well and looks like it will sharpen well when the time comes. Might be worth a bit of fettling, maybe file and reset the teeth and make a new handle to make it into a decent little carcase saw.
