Answer:
It comes with a lock/key. Since there's a switch in the top section to enable/disable the drawer lock feature, you'd want to make sure that you switch that to lock the drawers.

Answer:
Hi Alex. I don't have a way to measure the gauge, but both the frame and the storage unit are very sturdy. I have had mine for about a month, have it loaded up pretty well with auto repair tools, and really glad I bought it! Hope that helps.

Answer:
It's painted steel. I couldn't tell you the gauge, but it's somewhat lightweight. Adequate for it's purposes, however (I don't believe it's really meant to work on top of it since the top flips up to expose a storage component).

not 100% certain, but it feels heavy enough if that matters.. It compares to the gauge of steel I have seen on other carts from name brand products like Mac and Matco...

Answer:
It is pretty solid for the price. Good for a residential Garage. Not on par with a professional stainless steel cart, but decent. I do not know the gauge.

It's not really any differently constructed than any other Husky toolbox - leaving it outside to the elements probably isn't a good idea

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 50 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice box for the money, I combined the boxes as a workbench... They work well. Nice drawers, Nice hydraulic lifts, the units are very solid. Added a toolbox under one and a little spray paint, they work Great!! February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Product Price vs performance is fantastic! Well constructed, great for the homeowner. The sale price of $40.00 was unbeatable! February 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by meh. If i had payed more than 40 i would have been upset. The machine screws are def cheap and too small. No drawer liner. No holes for screwdrivers and prybars along the sides. Im 6'6" so of course almost everything isnt tall enough. But this cart doesnt even come up to my waist. I would spend a little extra next time and go to harbor freight and get their black tool cart instead. January 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great cart for the money! This cart is solid, functional, and well constructed. Comments about cheap hardware are true but if you are using the proper tools to assemble it, you won't have any issues. I put mine together in one evening although it did take a few hours. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shop mechanic Great bang for your buck roll cart. Easily tops out competitors in its price range, especially if caught on sale. Drawers could be a little taller, but fits all my essentials in my work as a professional inspector and service tech. Can't complain as I paid half-off what it regularly goes for. Have found no issues whatsoever with the assembly of this product as I took my time and used common sense to ensure proper fitment. Will now just have to make sure the caster bearings stay greased up and this cart should last me a long time. It gets constant work rolling around a busy shop. March 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value for $40 Great utility cart for the $40 clearance price. However, I would not have paid more than that considering the hardware is junk and too small for assembly. To make it a great cart, upgrade the hardware with 30 5/16" diameter x 1/2" length bolts, 2 5/16" diameter x 3/4" length bolts for handle,16 washers for casters, and 32 5/16" diameter locking nuts. Now it goes from a 2 star to 5 star cart. Tips to assembly: Don't tighten screws as you will need to square the top box to the sides so that the drawers won't bind. The caster bolts thread from bottom and bolt on the top. February 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Quality Product This cart has all the storage you could need for a home tool kit. March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome when on sale, not bad when not Scored one of these on clearance for $39 a month back and finally got around to assembling it. Went ahead and bought the 5/16 hardware other reviewers have mentioned - cost another $5 but well worth it. The one thing I'm not yet sold on is the 4 steerable casters. I bought this to wheel out to the car in the driveway but because my drive is on a grade, unless I position the cart just right, the slope of the driveway causes the cart to want to move. If it continues to annoy me, I will replace the two steerable non-locking casters with fixed ones which will make it a little less maneuverable but more solid once the brakes are applied to the other two casters. A minor annoyance. If i had paid full price for this, I might be more critical - I'd probably still give it 4 stars. March 8, 2016
