Is this product available in Small size to fit waist size range 26-30 inches?

I also need it to be 6-8 inches wide , providing support from 1-inch below bottom-most rib bone down to the level of spine tailbone (at the back) and lower stomach including inguinal area (at the front). Which of these requirements are met by your products?

I have a 40/42 waist but as with most men my age (58) I have a gut. will the waist size be okay or do I need the extra lg?
Asked by: Mark
I'm in the same situation and had the same concerns but the one I got fits perfectly. The double waist belts make the final adjustment easy.

There are no instructions included....How do I adjust the belt / suspenders for the proper fit?

Asked by: Kentnorwood
The belt should be around your belly button. You adjust the shoulder straps the same way you do suspenders by feeding the strap through the buckle. You feed the portion of strap near the belt to the buckle to shorten the shoulder straps, and you feed the buckle from the top to lengthen them. My wife's physical therapist showed me how. Adjusting the belt is a simple touching of the two velcro sides to each other. an instant lock. To readjust, simply pull the velcro pieces apart and refasten.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes a huge difference I was diagnosed with a L5 disk herniation about a year ago. I have been using this belt to help me with the recovery process; it works better than any medical type of back support belt. It keep the body’s core well balanced, providing additional support for day to day activities, even traveling. After almost 2 years of slow recovery, I now use this belt when I have to deal with home improvement projects, my days wouldn’t be the same without it. I definitely recommend it. If you don’t have any back injury, it will help you stay that way, but if you do, it will help you the same way it did it for me and other friends I have recommended it to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This support helped a lot. I have a pinched nerve in the lower part of my back, I am a over the road truck driver, i was off for a week and bought this for the support so the bouncing of the truck would lessen the constant bouncing on my back, it worked awesome, I've had very little pain this time out except when I try to go without the back support, I bought a different one from Walmart while on the road and it did nothing to help, but this one seems to be giving me the support I need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels great Im about 5'11", 290 and the Large size fits me well. After xrays showed intact discs, I knew my problem was muscular, and this support belt is really helping me to stay comfortable while my back heals up enough to begin physical therapy. I was skeptical that it would be effective but have found it to be plenty strong enough to keep pressure on my lower back. Its effectiveness is particularly noticeable when you take it off.

I just had had umbilical hernia surgery when I decided to order this support for keeping pressure on the area. I also used it to hold the ice packs in place. It worked great! The best part about this is that it was $15 to $50 cheaper than buying a medical brace. Once healed I will use it for lifting and bending projects around the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I bought this I don't write reviews often, but I was so happy with this product, I had to do it. Had a sore back and was dreading opening the pool. Bought this back support and it really made a difference. A day of bending and lifting and my back actually felt improved when I was done.

She said she could write me an Rx for a back brace, but it would cost $350-400 and would not be covered by insurance . This has done as much as, she he'd described, for a whole lost less $$$.
