Windet Showering Rail Combo in Matte Black

Renovated a bathroom to include a shower. This shower head and spray by Kohler was in our price range and a nice clean modern look. We love it.

I and my wife were looking for a new shower set last month for our bathroom remodel work. We were lucky to have found this set (thanks to the helpful staff who found it from the very top of the shelf for us). After the remodel work was finally finished, we have used this shower set for 3 weeks now, and it’s been the best ever!! Clean, sleek modern look with many useful functions- you could even pause the water while applying soap. Shower head is magnetic so my kids can use it easily, too!

We were looking for a shower head that was stylish and affordable. We decided to go with the Windet for a shower system look without the big ticket price and we are happy we did. Our only complaint is that you can’t use the wand and rainshower head at the same time.

I love the rain shower but especially the magnetic handheld.

This showering rail is pretty sweet! When we first took it out of the box we were surprised by just how big it is. This is not something that would be recommended for a shower stall - you definitely need a standard-sized bathtub or larger walk-in shower for this to look good and work as intended. Installation is typical but with the addition of mounting it to the wall and using adhesive to the lower mount that is in contact with the bathtub insert. You need both of these due to the size. The rain feature from the main shower head is rather light even using the heaviest setting. It's not bad - rather great really - I am just used to having a pressure hose for the shower head in the past. So, it took some getting used for me. To change the settings on the rain head is just a press of a button - super easy to figure out (see photo). That said, this is where the handheld shower head saves the day!! It has the power spray I need for getting the shampoo out of my thick mass of hair. I had to read the directions to figure out how to change the spray pattern on it - you spin the dial (see photo). Even better is the way Kohler set up attaching the handheld shower head - with super strong magnets. I mean SUPER strong! And, you can use that shower head coming from the side - or, at an angle up above! Brilliant! There is one CON that does drive me a little bonkers - how easily this gets fingerprints and spots!! You will want to towel this off real quick before you dry yourself to keep these at a minimum. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, great. It just bothers me - but not to the point I want to get something different - we love this too much.

We have a very small square shower. This system was narrow enough to work with our situation. Since we hard mounted it to the wall, we decided to use a braided faucet connector to reduce the constraints. Works great! You can remove the flow restrictor, but that makes the water pressure too great for the pause function.

I was excited to see such a sleek product with innovative features, but the quality does not meet my expectations given the price. The finishing is inconsistent, the panels and buttons are misaligned. Highly noticeable and cannot be installed as such.

I have wanted a rain head since I remodeled my bathroom. This is a good shower head combo. As long and thick as my hair is, I found using the hand held part will rinse it better. The 3 spray options are very nice on the handheld part and I really like the magnetic attachment. Switching from the rainhead to the handheld is easy with the button. My only drawback is I would like the handheld part to attach further up on the bar so I don't have to hold it all the time.
