Looks nice, not beey sturdy, instructions not very accurate
The bathroom shelf looks pretty good - nice and neat. The design is clean and elegant. That said, it doesn’t feel studry to be up to par with its price. My another towel rack of another brand for $48 feels much sturdier. Also, in the instructions it says that to install the shelf a 1/4 drill bit is needed. Turns out this bit is somewhat big - the anchors are too loose if the holes are made that big. I was “lucky” to find out there was a stud behind the drywall where those holes were made, so i just screwed the screws into the stud and didn’t need anchors anyway. For the other two holes I thus used a smaller bit (2 sizes down) so the anchors were in those holes secured very nice and snug. I believe 1/4 bits is probably misinformation. I bought two such shelves but will be returning the second one, so for my second bathroom I will look for something more sturdy in this price point.

Good product
Quality product. Easy to assemble and install. Discard provided cheap plastic drywall inserts if not in a stud, instead use a quality product as Redhead, Cobra, EZ-Loc ancors for longevity & security

Very poor design
Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.

Very attractive bathroom shelf
