A good solution for network cable. The foam mounting tape really is not very permanent. A few screws are likely needed. The Flowery Branch store usually is absent shelf stock on a number of items and this was no exception. It's best to check online to see if it's in stock, but even that's not a guarantee of actual store stock. They simply cannot keep this location stocked and it's a smaller store as well, which is a frequent frustration. I had to go to the Gainesville store to get the product.

I knew wiremold would be the easy way out, but had no idea it would be this easy. The pieces even cut with a knife on the wall once I realized it was too long. The self adhesive backing was strong enough to keep straight and applied to the wall even through manipulating the working end. The 90 degree angle is a simple snap over makes joining the two pieces simple.
The best part is how the entire channel opens up to allow complete access without coming apart so you cannot lose or ruin the cover. The cover snaps closed easily without any tools or worry they are not lining up properly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wally Good Product, easy to use, costs too much
I use these channels to hide stereo speaker wires - old school stuff, I don't do wireless yet. They do what they are supposed to and are easily mounted with the built-in adhesive tape. But they cost more than I think they should given their simplicity, and I was irritated that the website showed my local store had a bunch in stock but neither I nor an HD employee could find them. Had to internet order them.

I know this claims to be an online exclusive but I swear this is the same unit I got at my local HD store.
Anyhow, It works like a charm. I was installing a projector to the ceiling in my basement and I wanted to hide the short run of video cable and power cord between the unit and the wall. This track was wide enough to hold both with a little room to spare and it blended nicely with my white wall/ceiling. The packaging didn't recommend using it with textured walls but it stuck to my orange peel just fine. It seems sturdy yet light weight and the fact that it only opens on one side makes it no-hassle. Too sturdy to safely cut with a box knife but a couple draws with a miter saw cut through cleanly. I ended up going back and getting some of the narrower stuff to conceal some speaker wires. It seems a bit pricey at the time but you get your money's worth in my opinion.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Aayan Easy to install, looks good
It is light weight, good material and has good quality adhesive tape in the back. I used this mold to run the electric and satellite cables. It blended in with the wall base mold so well that it just looks like part of the drywall. Simply snap it open, run the cables through it and snap it close. No tools required unless you want to cut the length. You can cut it using any home knife or a small size saw.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by John47 Good Product - Overpriced!
Sticks well, easy to cut and place. Doesn't always close as it should at the ends. Pops open, but not noticeable. Overpriced at over $3 a foot.
