Looks good and works well. I recommend this to anyone who is trying to dim an LED.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bill Good LED Dimmer with interesting features
My first try of a dimmer for LED ceiling fixtures. Works fine; only thing I don't like is that it won't dim down fully all the way to dark. Great with return to preset of dimmer when tapped on once; tap twice for full brightness. Tap again to turn off. Not bad!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Blovin1 Looks great but hard to work with
While it is easy to install, it is hard to get the face plate off for installation. I had to remove it once for the install and once before I started painting and both times it felt like it was going to snap in half. Other than that it looks nice and is comparatively priced with other switches in its class.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sailormom Love them!
This was a replacement for one that we installed when we built our house 12 years ago. Only one that stopped working. It matches exactly - color and design, so THANK YOU Lutron for not changing that! (It was in a switch plate set of 3, so happy we didn't have to change all. We didn't have to change the other switch in the 3-way either.) Works great! Love that it has push button on or off to pre-set dim level. Also like the hold down feature for slower dimming so if you want light as you leave the room, it slowly dims over about 15 or so seconds.
Only drawback is that they confuse my parents, so guests may not understand how to operate, but in reality, it really is easy: quick click at top of paddle: on to preset dim level. Quick click at bottom: off. Hold down bottom of paddle for a long 1-2 seconds: slow dim. Double click top of paddle: all the way on. Small side bar adjusts pre-setting.
My husband installed in a few minutes. He is fairly handy and has done electrical before. If you haven't, this shouldn't be too hard if you follow the directions and MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF THE POWER BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF THE COVER PLATE. :) (Had to say that for my conscience.)

As a single pole switch I like it. The auto step down to off is nice. In a 3 way circuit you have to use the expensive companion dimmer.
At $30 it is a little costly.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 4PUTTEE Not very effective with Dimmable LEDs
Bought 4 brand new dimmable LEDs including the fixtures. At certain levels, the dimmer does what it's supposed to do; but, at other levels, the lights flicker. At first, I thought it was the LEDs, so, I changed them out. No difference. Must be the dimmer.
Now, I'll have to go back to the store and exchange it which means removing the faulty one and re-installing the replacement. If the manufacturer had better quality control, this unit wouldn't have made it out their door.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by PrSwEng Poorly designed switch requiring non conventional wiring.
It took an hour long phone call to customer support to get this switch installed and working. The really bad part is the slave switch, which can be an existing 3-way switch (companion switch not required), requires a change to its wiring for the dimmer to work. One of the two "traveler" lines needs to be moved and connected to the hot (or neutral) terminal. This makes two wires attached to the same screw which it is not designed to do reliably. The directions indicate this but it is not clear. Also, unlike a mechanical dimmer slider this unit is digital and uses +/- buttons. The dim level can only be changed when the lights are turned on. You can no longer set it to the highest or lowest setting while the lights are off. So if you want to turn on the lights at a low setting as not to disturb someone, you can't.
Also, before use the switch must be "programmed" to one of two modes. The process is not straight forward.
I was so unhappy with it I replaced with a lower cost LED compatible dimmer with a mechanical dimmer slider
