I love my new kitchen faucet. The color, stainless steel, is perfect for my contemporary kitchen. As advertised, finger prints and water smudges don't remain after using it. The handle easily moves from hot to cold (and vice versa). The water hose also works great and isn’t stiff. I dislike hoses that require a wrestling match!
I didn’t install the faucet, but Larry, the expert installer, said it was very easy to install and didn’t give him any problems. He also said he’ll recommend this faucet to his home repair customers.
I highly recommend this faucet based on aesthetics, design, and function. I conducted an extensive search before buying this product. The functionality exceeds the pricing and at the same time, the pricing was less than other faucets I reviewed. You won’t be disappointed.
Thank you Home Depot for having quality products that also meet the diverse design requirements of your customers.

I really hate to pay plumbers huge amounts of money to do small things. However, I had such a huge hassle reinstalling my old faucet when I replaced my sink that I contemplated calling one to take the old faucet out and put in a new one. I really just wanted to fix a leak in my old faucet but I ended up destroying it . My blood pressure was now high.I didn't want to be without a working sink, dishwasher etc. plus calling a plumber etc etc. so I looked online and saw a faucet... No tools needed...so I figured it must be easy, no special plumbers tools. I took up the challenge, squished my 59 year old body under the sink and voila.. It was easy. It looks great no leaks . Hurray! One thing. The main plate is made of plastic but all the hoses etc are included

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DRDU Thread mounting nut will create problems
The instructions are vague. When screwing the thread mounting nut, you have no idea on how the mounting screw works. There are three screws as well that need to be tightened. So do you tighten the mounting screw all the way and then tighten the three screws ? If you do that, your faucet barely turns ! Instructions says tighten 1/2 inch from the base. Go figure it out your self .

So Moen is generally dependable and quality. This is a nice looking system. The sprayer appears a little cheap but the faucet has nice styling, It has been a while since I have had to install a faucet in the kitchen. I found the three screw anchor system for the faucet base an improvement to traditional installations that depend only on a single large nut. My complaint is the use of plastic. Some people will not be happy or impressed with a plastic base plate. While this could be a dependability problem long term, I really do not like the “hand sprayer” quick connect system. I find this incredibly cheap and highly suspect. Mine leaked like crazy and the logic for using a piece of plastic to connect the sprayer to the main faucet escapes me. Moen sent me a replace sprayer and hose; however when the plastic connector fails there is no stopping the leak. Why such a cheap plastic connection – no idea? I have installed many hand held type shower heads and never had a concern about a leak and they are easy to install. The veggie sprayer for the Torrance system concerns mean greatly.
