Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Quality, Didn't Last I had the same experience as the previous reviewer (picture looks identical to mine). For something marketed as being designed for impact drivers, this was an awful fail. I can get cheaper off brand products that last longer. I recommend you look elsewhere unless in a pinch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk - Broke after 5 light uses I used this about five times to remove some lug nuts from a car AFTER breaking them free with a breaker bar. Broke right in half

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap material Used 4 maybe 5 times and broke. I guess that's why it was $4.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from short life I used this bit almost every day. It works great. The only down side is that it didn't even last a full month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved me from having to buy a 3/8" Impact Wrench! Amazing little adapter! I used it to tighten bolts while assembling a lawn spreader, as well as drive 2" 9/16 lag screws into a lam-beam. I used this in conjunction with my DeWalt 18v 1/4" Impact Driver, and it had plenty of power to do light duty fastening! I would highly recommend this product, and I'm sure it will come in handy for future projects!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wonder what torque this adapter is rated I was using it with Dewalt DCF886 which max torque is rated aprox. 170Nm an it was working fine, but today i broke it using new Milwaukee impact driver rated over 200Nm. I bought two of these adapters and I wonder, if I was unlucky or Milwaukee Fuel impact driver gen 2 is too powerful for this adapter.
