Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheMachinist The heaviest duty 4 volt screwdriver we have used, up to the task of industrial assembly
We wanted a battery operated screwdriver that was light, easy to use, ergonomic and durable. Most are not durable and we have bought many different models; for most battery screwdrivers, the forward/reverse switch is the first thing to go, in an industrial setting. We chase threads with a modified tap, so, forward and reverse many, many times is what we put this thing through and so far it is up to the task. Time will tell if it will hold up; I will update this if it starts to fail.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ben Super Tool ! Use it on most every job!
Wow, what a difference from a traditional screwdriver. Less effort, quicker, safer, good battery indicator and extremely functional. Excellent when you need to extend yourself and required to use precision to complete the task . This driver works with slow or fast finger effortless control. You'll say, "This thing really works, what have I been waiting for?"

The adjustable torque settings are handy and keep you from stripping screws. Batteries hold a charge well. Typical Milwaukee quality. Will definitely buy a second one.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bob Excellent Tool and Super Excellent Product Support
My main reason for writing this review is not to praise the screwdriver but to praise the excellent product support team at Milwaukee. I had one of the older model 490-20 power screwdrivers which was redesigned in many small ways to become the model 2101-22. I was very happy with the older model 490-22 model but the battery failed after many years of use and I could not find a quality replacement battery. I sent an email to Milwaukee in hopes that a replacement battery would somehow be available. They confirmed that the battery was no longer available but they generously offered to replace the entire unit with the current model 2101-22. I was a bit concerned that the newer model has a smaller capacity battery but it outperforms the older unit in all areas from power to battery life. Near its limit it will drive an 1.5 inch long #6 trim screw into white pine which is more than needed for my use. My primary use is for the repair of small model engines which generally use #3 through #6 machine screws. This requires an accurately controlled torque to preclude over-tightening the fastener. It is by far the best available for this application. Milwaukee should be your go-to source for any power hand tool for quality and service.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike1 Very good Product
A little pricey compared to similar items but a very good Product. I love it. For the price, could of came with more then one quick release bit. I love the battery/Fuel gauge and that it comes with two batteries. From my experience over the years you can not go wrong with Milwaukee. I guess you get what you pay for!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pete If you do automation panel work this thecordless screwdriver you must have.
If you do automation panel work this is the cordless screwdriver you must have. It does not have a lot of torque which is what you need working in a panel (44 in-lbs max.). It also has 21 clutch positions to lower the torque. The best thing about this product it when it hits the torque limit it just stops. Normal cheaper screwdrivers keep on clicking which causes a not repeatable torque. This results in over torqueing the fasteners. The only thing it is missing is an LED.
