Product Overview

Hardier than the traditional English Ivy, this handsome, evergreen, ground cover features observable creamy white veins on extra large, lustrous, rich green leaves. This fast growing vine has a spreading, vining habit and while preferring organically rich soil, the plant will adapt and grow just about anywhere.

  • A very hardy, evergreen vine
  • Deep green leaves have creamy white veins
  • Easy to grow with little to no care
  • Pruning may be required to keep plant in bounds
  • 3 in. pot - state or federal regulations may require this plant to ship as a bare root plant, without pot and without soil
  • This plant ships as a bare root plant, without pot and without soil, to Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Utah
  • We're sorry, but due to state regulations, this plant cannot ship to Mississippi, Oregon, or Washington
  • May ship in a dormant state, where winter color is not as bold as summer hues
  • Performs best in plant growing zones 4 to 9, when grown in other Zones, special care requirements will be required
  • To accommodate mature size or when planting in groups, space 10 ft. away from other plants or structures
  • When shipped as a bare root plant, the Shake & Ship system has been used to remove soil from roots

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to care for We have this vine covering an old wooden fence. I'm sure the fence would fall over if it weren't for this plant. Anyway, it's planted on one of the hottest areas of our farm and gets very little water, yet it never dies back, doesn't lose it's leaves in winter, and with training, would be great for any place you need a cover-up. Highly recommend this plant for difficult areas or where you need shade. i plan on transplanting some sprigs of in on a trellis to cover up an exposed side of my house. September 1, 2013
