To begin with, it takes more than the stated half a day for 2 people. Everything would have to go just right to get it up that quickly. Things did not all go that way. Special hints are on pages at the front of the instruction book. Why could they not have been on the page where they should be applied? Having to turn back to front to check for hints was annoying. Insulation included was messed up, as it had gotten stuck on a lot of parts when backing came off during shipment. Had to buy replacement, insulation. Mainly, we're dissatisfied with the roof vents (windows). One was bent when we got it, although no damage to box. So when it rains, it leaks very badly. Both have gaps at corners, which allow warm air to escape. The main reason we bought the greenhouse is for keeping plants over the winter. We emailed the company, as instructed on website. After getting email response from a representative, we were asked twice for address, which we gave promptly. We were told a customer rep would contact us, but 3-4 weeks later, we have heard nothing further. We want a refund!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by EdCL OK, but would not buy this kit again or recommend it
Assembly is much very difficult. Packaging was not good. Many of the painted green parts were scratched, bent or in other ways damaged. I had to order parts that were missing. Sloppy design. For example.. the trip pieces on the exterior 'click' into others, but ultimately I had to do other things to keep these pieces from falling off. I had ordered a green painted version but the extension kit was not painted so I needed to do this myself. Assembly instructions are lacking. Not much good can be found. Hopefully it will work well now that it's assembled.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nefferdun ok but would not recommend
This was much more difficult to construct than implied in the add. It took days rather than hours. The plastic panels rattle in the wind and there are small openings around the doors. I believe we could have designed and built a better greenhouse with the same amount of money and time. One of the plastic fasteners broke when we dropped the piece. We called the company but there was no response. Luckily gorilla glue repaired it (we hope). Although it is secured as required, we feel it is necessary to run cable over the top to anchor it in in strong winds.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chuck Great piece of engineering
I have had one of these for two months and plants are growing and thriving.
Last night the golf ball hail did nothing to the Polycarbonate panels. Hail came down for 20 minutes and I expected to see holes in the roof. But there was no sign of damage what-so ever.
I recommend this to anyone who has reservations about owning one. Easy to assemble. Great buy! ! !

I do not recommend this product. It is not strong. Any small wind causes some trim to snap off. We even had to add real screws to secure some parts. It took more than a half day to put together, even with two people. That part we could deal with but the strength of the product was very disappointing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RebelMedic Great Greenhouse for the cost
This is a great green house for the price we paid. The directions are not that easy to follow and requires minimum of two people to put together. We had only a couple of problems. Upon arrival there was one broken plastic piece and one factory installed plastic piece that was not fully seated that broke while installing. The company quickly mailed replacement parts. The only thing that we did not like at all was the way it was packaged. The large pieces were loose and tore holes in the plastic bags of small parts, nuts and bolts. I put it on a concrete slab I built a few inches larger than the size of the green house and used screws with heavy duty plastic inserts to secure it to the slab. We have had several bad thunder storms with winds of 70 MPH and only damage was slight racking of the green house that was easily corrected,no panels came out of place. Stronger corner braces would prevent that from happening. Over all a strong green house concidering it has a lot of plastic parts. We had it for several months before weather and off work time would allow instalation

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BettMark60 Flimsy, hard to keep pieces together, no spare parts, over priced
I am very disappointed in this product. It's very flimsy aluminum held together with hard plastic connectors that snap if there's any torque applied. AND, the kit includes no spare connectors. The "nuts" are also hard plastic that break. The "bolts" are hard plastic pins with no threads so they keep popping out. The 4 ft extension to the 8' x 8' structure looks like an afterthought. The vertical sections of the extension across the top bow and are difficult to keep straight. The whole structure is held down with small metal clips inside the bottom rail and one small screw, not very secure at all. Joined pieces keep coming completely apart or sliding out significantly and you have to keep pounding them in and that means the structure is out of square again. We had to secure blocks at the bottom corners to keep it in square. The metal clips used to secure the bottom of the rails do not go "through" the rail, the clips fit into a channel and that allows the whole rail to move out of square. The frame alone, without the polycarbonate in place, was swaying in a 25 mph gust of wind, likely won't hold up to any significant gusts. The manual is drawings only with no written instructions or explanations. This product is cheaply constructed, takes longer for the average person(s) to put together than the instructions say, I would not recommend it.
