31.13 in. 3-Light Dark Bronze Vanity Light with Steel Shade

I love this light fixture. It's modern but is also neutral enough to work well in a variety of different styles. Unfortunately, the bath we're putting it in is in the basement & has a lower ceiling, so I need to find shorter globes for it before I can hang it or they will block too much of the mirror. That's no fault of the fixture - it will work great in a normal bath with 8 ft ceilings. I love the color and it looks just as good, if not better, in person than it does online. Installation is straightforward and everything you need is included except light bulbs.

There are a lot of fixtures that have a similar look to them, but many are flimsy and not well made. This 3-light fixture from Pia Ricco is well-constructed of thick metal with a dark bronze finish. The finish is nicely done, and very uniformly applied, and the metal work is top notch with no rough edges, sloppy welds or metal burrs, as you might expect to see with a fixture at or around this price point. The fixture has 3 industrial styled pan shaped metal shades. The metal shades are thick as are the metal arms that hold the shades. The fixture measures approx. 31L x 8.5H x 10D and is the perfect size for a 24-36 inch vanity. The lamp sockets are ceramic and accept A19 or E26 standard base bulbs up to 60 watts each, for a total of up to 180 watts, which is an ample amount of light output for above the sink, but the output will probably be insufficient if this is the only light source in the bathroom. The fixture is dimmable, and you can use incandescent or LED bulbs. I personally think Edison-style bulbs look best in this fixture as they compliment the old industrial look of this light fixture, although the light output is usually not as great as LEDs. The shades are wide but too narrow in the area of the ceramic socket to allow a hand to fit inside to screw down the metal retaining nut for the base that supports the metal shades. I had to use a screwdriver to back the metal rings out prior to installing bulbs. This fixture must be hardwired. It’s a typical 2-wire with a ground. Because the metal retaining nut holds the shade in place, the fixture can be mounted with the bulbs facing up towards the ceiling or down towards the vanity. I installed my fixture with the bulbs facing down towards the vanity so the shade will collect less dust inside them and also to make for easier replacement of bulbs, as well as to provide more light on the sink, but this fixture would look nice mounted either way. For application in my small bathroom, a 3-light fixture is ideal. I’d like to see this fixture offered in a 2-light and 4-light option, in more finishes. A 4-inch round mounting plate and a couple of orange wire nuts are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the appearance and performance of this lighting fixture, and highly recommend it.

Beautiful addition to my bathroom

I have added two of these to my bathroom vanity side by side; they look great. Not too big and not too small. I love the round lights with exposed coil LED inside (these do not come with the fixture); they look fantastic. Installation is simple, and directions are clear. With the two of them, consistency between the two seems spot on. I was able to install them alone in under an hour. I highly recommend them for quality and because they look great.

Beautiful rustic farmhouse style lamp that goes perfectly with my bathroom. The light seems brighter because the shade blocks the light from going up to the ceiling. My ceiling is super high in the sink area of my bathroom. It reminds me of an elevator shaft. I wanted to keep light from going up to make the ceiling less visible. This light does it and more. It's metal and well made. Super happy I found this light for over my vanity!
