The trigger/handle part of the hose assembly sticks in the on position when depressed causing the stream not to stop. I've tried to lubricate the spring plunger assembly to no avail.

It looks like the rod, nozzle, and attachment hardware are metal. Is that correct?

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holds Bleach And That Is About All Get Another Sprayer, A Waste Of Money. I purchased this sprayer to spray and to hold Bleach . The instructions are terrible,(not clear), was missing O rings, and I took it back to the store. Where is the factory quality control on this item? May 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Useless... Didn't make it through the first application. Very cheap, hoses kept popping out and many other problems for what should be a simple tool November 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Idea Sprayer My husband cleans his work equipment with chemicals and when I saw this bleach sprayer I knew it will last with chemicals if it does with bleach. Before the real cleaning he can now spray the equipment with the chemicals and then use the car wash to wash and rinse. He will not need a plastic spray bottle and that do not last at all. My husband was very happy to see he has a sprayer for chemicals to do a better job. Home Depot.ca is the only place I have seen one of these sprayers. Thanks Home Depot for having this chemical sprayer. Great Idea and Great Price too. July 20, 2007
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Words cannot describe the poor quality of this sprayer I have been using pump sprayers for various jobs for close to 60 years. This weekend I was at our daughter's home power washing the exterior. A seam on the tank of the sprayer I was using (this was a first) split so I had to purchase a replacement. I went to the local Home Depot to get a replacement. The choices were less than desirable but a job had to be done. I chose this sprayer because it was advertised as being designed for use with bleach. When I opened the box, I was surprised by the quality of product. Immediate feeling was that I would be lucky to get the current job completed. I did but this sprayer is going to be returned immediately and I will go elsewhere for a replacement. If you have a need for a pump sprayer, spend a little more and purchase a product that will provide good service May 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does it's job great I've had mine for 5 years, never had a problem....till I loaned it to my neighbor that breaks everything but when floods come you help your neighbors out no matter what. Couldn't believe others reviewed this as a bad product so I had to chime in. What are you people doing with them? It's plastic, don't use it as a sledgehammer or jackstand and you'll be fine. Their customer support is great too. Took my call in <5 mins and diagnosed the exact problem (what my neighbor broke) immediately. I'm certainly buying another! July 5, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cheap, easily breaks like JayOC said above, the nozzle just broke off. the pump is fragile, too. after 6-8 strokes, the shaft starts to bend. September 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by valve sticks open all the time The spray valve constantly sticks open. Virtually impossible to get it to un-stick other than run it under copious amounts of water and spraying oil in the opening. All real pain in the middle of the job. Get a better one. July 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works fine after 5+ years! Wow, I've had mine for at least 5 years and it still works fine. Use it to spray insecticides, weed killers, algae killers including water dispersant types of stuff. It is plastic. You can't abuse it.... June 26, 2013
