Customer Questions & Answers

Are replacement parts available?

The trigger/handle part of the hose assembly sticks in the on position when depressed causing the stream not to stop. I've tried to lubricate the spring plunger assembly to no avail.
Asked by: BOBZ
I had the same problem from day one...no support from the company email provided so if there are parts available they are not forthcoming. I wouldn't waste my time with any of their products again.

Metal or Plastic

It looks like the rod, nozzle, and attachment hardware are metal. Is that correct?

On/Off trigger was faulty from the day I bought this item...eventually when pressing on trigger and releasing, pressure would not release, so sprayer would not shut off. Flo-Master did not respond to inquiries for help through their email address. Would not buy another product of from this company again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Idea Sprayer My husband cleans his work equipment with chemicals and when I saw this bleach sprayer I knew it will last with chemicals if it does with bleach. Before the real cleaning he can now spray the equipment with the chemicals and then use the car wash to wash and rinse. He will not need a plastic spray bottle and that do not last at all. My husband was very happy to see he has a sprayer for chemicals to do a better job. Home Depot.ca is the only place I have seen one of these sprayers. Thanks Home Depot for having this chemical sprayer. Great Idea and Great Price too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and poorly constructed Sprayer head broke after first application. Made of cheap plastic parts that are not at all durable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't last long, not serviceable. I purchased this sprayer for applying a mild chemical disinfectant in a dog kennel. The pump began leaking and it would not hold pressure after the 3rd fill. I bought a parts kit but the leak was not serviceable and I had to buy an different brand. I have not had any problems with the competitor's sprayer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks easily After just a couple of months use the siphon tube broke causing air to enter the line. The shut-off cap split and leaks. It's basically unusable after just a couple months of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Words cannot describe the poor quality of this sprayer I have been using pump sprayers for various jobs for close to 60 years. This weekend I was at our daughter's home power washing the exterior. A seam on the tank of the sprayer I was using (this was a first) split so I had to purchase a replacement. I went to the local Home Depot to get a replacement. The choices were less than desirable but a job had to be done. I chose this sprayer because it was advertised as being designed for use with bleach. When I opened the box, I was surprised by the quality of product. Immediate feeling was that I would be lucky to get the current job completed. I did but this sprayer is going to be returned immediately and I will go elsewhere for a replacement. If you have a need for a pump sprayer, spend a little more and purchase a product that will provide good service
