Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total Lemon! Ask any locksmith about this style of Shlege! We purchased this attractive but pricey lock set in Sept. 2010 and It's January 2012 (one year & a few months) and the lock has failed. What's more, it failed on a Sunday at 4:30 pm so the cost for a Locksmith was double!! If we had another way in and out of our house we would have waited until the next day to call but we don't so it was an expensive visit from the locksmith. The locksmith reported that this style of schlege it's a well known problematic style, so if you're considering buying a schlege lock, make sure you avoid any style that has a + symbol above the key entry point. That means it's a newer style and will fail in about a year according to the locksmith. January 22, 2012
