I had a berber wall to wall carpeting in hall, had snags and runs from the dogs over the years. I wanted to replace it myself at my own pace. I purchased the Posh after comparing it to the less expensive tiles and bought it because of the 10 year warranty and double the face weight. 70lbs compared to 32lbs listed for the cheaper stuff. Once I had old carpet up and floor clear of old staples and clean / dry. I Tested the 1st Square to see how well the self stick worked, about 4 hrs later I was done with setting the tiles and cutting the edge strips for the rooms. I wanted to see how this carpet looked and wears because I am planning on doing my bedrooms next. After I was done I have no worries about using this for the rooms. It looks great, just like wall to wall carpet, and feels quality, Thick and more cushion to it than the carpet and padding I replaced. When walked on it feels quality.
Make sure you have right tools, like any tile it is important to make nice straight even edges so everything matches up. If you take your time and make sure every edge is flush with the other the results are impressive.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by sully8733 Great boost to a room
This carpet is very high quality and worth the effort to put it down. It feels so good under your feet you will just want to lay down on it...I do. It feels so inviting that I can not help but stretch out and relax on it.
The installation is tricky because of the high nap. You must carefully slide the tiles together to keep from catching the fibers in between the tiles. It just looks better if you move them together firmly but not too hard. Start in a back room or bedroom and work to the open areas. This way you get some practice fitting them down. You will speed up quickly. Just take it easy and you will not see the seams.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by gah2011 Looks good but hard to install
The finished product looks and feels good. Lines are still visible but not a distraction. Installation was near impossible to keep carpet pile from getting in seams. Some seams are visible because of high spots at edge of squares. Overall it is worth the time and money with extra effort to install. Someone needs to come up with a 'trick' to keep the pile from rolling into the seam.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Homewarrior fast, easy, good results
Great way to improve a space without installers, tack strips and stretching. The product is well made and easy to install but you have to watch a video on the manufacturers website to get instructions. Even then they don't explain how to handle corners and angles. Wish the product had a little more cushion as I installed on clean concrete, but overall I am very pleased. Would recommend.
