Metal panel. Seems durable to me. There is a rubber piece in the hole where the nozzles fit to keep them from falling out. I hauled this in my trailer and didnt have any nozzles fall out so I was happy with it.

Answer:
Metal to metal connection (brass). There is a plastic piece on the end of the nozzle and each nozzle has a different color. The plastic piece is durable and I think it's there just so you have plastic on the end of the sprayer in case you bang it into something.

I wouldn't see why not? I see the professionals use a downstream injector with bleach and have no problems. I don't think people realize with a downstream injector you're injecting chemicals after the pump. No bleach is going into the pump..

Depending on what you're doing you can use Oxyclean or equivalent instead of bleach. That can be wiped or spread on your target and then pressure washed off. Found good results and it is safer and better for the environment.

Yes, its like anything else once your done run your normal detergent through the system, by doing this your purging out any residue that might be left. I have been doing this and have never had a problem with my power washer, but if you still don't feel comfortable use a 50/50 mix and repeat the process above by purging your system.

It is advised not to use bleach. I would apply the bleach with a spray bottle at best. Home Depot sells a deck cleaner that is meant to be used with that machine.

I would not run any bleach through this machine. Try to pre treat the area with a solution of 50% water and 50% bleach, give it a few minutes then use pressure washer to spray off. You may need a ladder to get to those hard to reach areas. I had trouble with high areas of my pool cage and this trick worked like a charm.

This unit s a prosumer unit, but not advisable to run bleach through the system. I have a separate bottle of a bleach mixture of 50/50. Bleach and water. I spray it on about 5 to 10 minutes prior to hitting it with the pressure washer.

Answer:
If you use the lower pressure nozzle you can safely wash you car. The high pressure nozzle will strip off the paint. Start with the lowest pressure nozzle and work you way up to what you feel is comfortable when you wash your car. If you start to see your paint fading then switch back to the low pressured nozzle. I use the low pressure nozzle on my truck. Better safe than sorry.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most Excellent Borrowed my buddy's Simpson power washer to strip my deck and clean my cedar siding in preparation of staining. His unit is older and 2500 psi. I was so impressed I started looking for a Simpson with 3100 psi and a Honda engine. I found exactly what I was looking for at Home Depot online at a great price of 399.99, however, before I could decide to purchase it went on sale for $ 379.99. I bought it right away and couldn't be more pleased. I use it to clean tractor, aerator and all my garden tools and my Polaris RZR after muddy trail rides. Phenomenal unit very pleased. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking oil I have used it 2 times and it worked great. I went to use it a third time and found a puddle of oil underneath. Put some dry paper down to see where it was coming and found it leaking from 2 places. I purchased it about a month ago. Hopefully I can return it. July 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product ! Great product. Runs great and starts easily. I also purchased the extra extension hose, 15 in driveway cleaning rotating attachment and a turbo nz. The 15 in driveway and large area attachment is a must !!!! It works great with this unit !! The turbo nz is great for cleaning the street curb. Wished I had bought this rig 10 yrs ago. would have saved lots of bucks paying others to do all my driveways and patio areas. I enjoy doing it myself with these great tools. I am 72 yrs old and was able to clean my areas in two different days. August 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Machine! I bought this after seeing it at another box store. Home Depot didnt carry it in stock, so i had to order it online which was a breeze. I have previously had a taller model that always wanted to fall over when moved. I specifically looked for a model like this that had big tires and would roll easier. This model sprays good, starts easy and does its job. I have used the different tips and they work well. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simpson Pressure Washer Using to clean stucco house, driveway and pool filters. Works great August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Pressure Washer Great Pressure Washer. I purchased for general around the house use. Siding, aggregate drive/walks, porches, deck, lawn furniture. Delivered enough power to clean everything. Nice size for storage and very sturdy. Large wheels make it easy to roll across the lawn. Now issues with unit wanting to move or tip. Easy and quick to get running right out of the box. I would say the only issue i had was the holder for the nozzle tips. Mine had a tendency to bounce out when wheeling across the yard. No big deal, it was kind of bumpy. Just might wanna pay attention. August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Capable Power Washer This washer was a replacement for one purchased a few weeks ago. The reason the first was sent back was that it had been shipped on its side and the residual oil had leaked out and all over the unit. This one fired up right after the initial setup and service. Ran for three hours without any problem. Plenty of power from the Honda engine. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great power washer Bought this to wash the modular and greasy driveway. Added the oil that is included and went to cleaning. Using the cleaner / soap adapter I diluted 1 gallon of Krud Kutter with 4 gallons of water and completed the 80 X 20 trailer in a few hours. I had purchased the 34 inch extension to reach the to[p, but found it difficult to control the wand as it had a tendency to bend like a whip. Overall the washer works great, but have an extra quart of oil handy as Simpson wants the oil changed after the first 5 hours of use. The engine does idle when you are not running the pump. Once you squeeze the trigger, the engine runs wide open--surprisingly the Honda engine is rather quiet--not silent, but quiet enough it does not annoy the neighbors. Remember to pick up the winterizing kit as the pump has to be drained and winterized if you are leaving it in a non-heated area during the winter months. One last note--The washer is CHEAPER here than at most other Big Box stores. August 16, 2016
