I understand a #4 would be preferable to keep away from 3% voltage drop, but i do not see it in 4-3 UF-B wire. Id really rather not run 4 separate conductors in a 2 inch conduit 160ft, it will get pricey.

Answer:
No, you will need at least a #4 conductor. 1 conductors per phase utilizing a #4 Copper conductor will limit the voltage drop to 2.47% or less when supplying 45.0 amps for 210 feet on a 220 volt system. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Price by far! I used this to get power out to the RV so we could have enough power to run everything. 6-3 wire is best. Booya! 240/120 volt gets it done way better than just a 30amp @120volt. It's 12,000 watts of goodness. :) June 27, 2013
