Yes. Each triangle post has three pre-drilled holes for either spikes included, or as we did screw to wood deck. Cover plate slides down to cover screw heads. You could also use blots.
Underside height is about 6' 6". Canopy is 10x10'. So far, after two months, it is doing well. Quite sturdy once installed. Occasionally need to hose down canopy top due to leaves etc. No big issue. Not into hot weather

I would recommend.

Hello,
If this gazebo will not be used for long period(e.g.winter time), it should be stored in a clean, dry environment. In winter you should clear snow regularly.
Best regards

We plan on keeping it up year round on Cape Cod and it seems sturdy enough to withstand snow and a good wind. Hurricanes might be a challenge. Worse case polycarbonite roof sections might crack? You can download the manual to see components and access replacement parts.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 10x10 is not 10x10 Assembled in a few hours with the help of wife and daughter. A bit disappointed with the actual size. While 10x10 is listed, the top canopy is really only 9'8" and the legs are 9'2" apart (outside to outside) so if you have a specific location plan accordingly. The Polycarbonate top is honeycombed. Basically the consistency of cardboard. It dents and bends easily if you drop one when installing. Not sure how it would handle anything falling on it. Even a light branch would damage it. (I have several pine trees nearby). Overall the finished product looks nice and I look forward to enjoying it in the coming months and years June 21, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by To much light The panels are transparent plastic and do not provide enough shade. April 14, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Parts, Non-Existent Customer Service I would love to give this gazebo a good review, but unfortunately I cannot because it is sitting half built and in pieces on my deck, awaiting a response from Sunjoy. I tried calling on Monday and found their phone number disconnected, with the only option of contact being sending in a request online. I have sent one in every day for the last 5 days and am still waiting for a response. We are missing 2/3 of the hardware packages with all of the screws needed to assemble it. Thinking I am never going to hear back, I checked out pricing at HD and it would cost over $30 for the screws needed to complete assembly. Not really what I want to do after spending hundreds already! I suggest choosing a gazebo in a different brand. June 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Birmingham Polycarbonate Top Gazebo Review 2014 Installed 4/14 in Cape Cod, MA. Relatively easy to assemble canopy. Need 3-4 people to mount support columns. Not heavy just big. Up now for a month and looks great. I recommend if you are tired of replacing the fabric top canopies. Looking now for compatible insect curtain. Any suggestions? April 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Concerns are totally with the product. The product arrived with labeled parts that did not have instructions as to how they were to be used; with no clear directions for installation of the light panels and the removal of the film and with panels which did not completely go in their spaces therefore undermining the application of retention bars, etc. November 12, 2013
