Assembled in a few hours with the help of wife and daughter. A bit disappointed with the actual size. While 10x10 is listed, the top canopy is really only 9'8" and the legs are 9'2" apart (outside to outside) so if you have a specific location plan accordingly. The Polycarbonate top is honeycombed. Basically the consistency of cardboard. It dents and bends easily if you drop one when installing. Not sure how it would handle anything falling on it. Even a light branch would damage it. (I have several pine trees nearby). Overall the finished product looks nice and I look forward to enjoying it in the coming months and years

Wasn't expecting a lot when I bought this but the quality is better than I was expecting. Instructions aren't great but if you go by the pictures versus the words you will be fine. Pictures are very accurate. Instructions for installing the roof panels make no sense and if it wasn't for the pictures would have been in trouble. Says to use 6-8 people for the roof, but I did it myself except for 5 min of my wife's time. Once roof was frame was built I lifted it up on its edge and leaned it against a high step ladder and put 2 legs on myself and then removed the ladder and used the legs to support one side. Lifted up the other side and had my wife put the other 2 legs in and then I screwed them in. Didn't have extra help around so this worked for me. Don't use the wrench provided , will take forever. I used socket wrench just need to be careful to not over tighten or you can break a weld. Roof panels will have to come off for the winter as not much to them for snow load. Also if you want shade these roof panels do not do the trick, only blocks out small portion of the sun. Are a bit hard to slide into place. Comes with two rails, one for curtains and one for netting. Took me about 7 hours by myself. In hot sun putting it together can burn hands as the metal gets hot. Is a good gazebo for the money.

The panels are transparent plastic and do not provide enough shade.

I would love to give this gazebo a good review, but unfortunately I cannot because it is sitting half built and in pieces on my deck, awaiting a response from Sunjoy. I tried calling on Monday and found their phone number disconnected, with the only option of contact being sending in a request online. I have sent one in every day for the last 5 days and am still waiting for a response. We are missing 2/3 of the hardware packages with all of the screws needed to assemble it. Thinking I am never going to hear back, I checked out pricing at HD and it would cost over $30 for the screws needed to complete assembly. Not really what I want to do after spending hundreds already! I suggest choosing a gazebo in a different brand.

Installed 4/14 in Cape Cod, MA. Relatively easy to assemble canopy. Need 3-4 people to mount support columns. Not heavy just big. Up now for a month and looks great. I recommend if you are tired of replacing the fabric top canopies. Looking now for compatible insect curtain. Any suggestions?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by McMurray Concerns are totally with the product.
The product arrived with labeled parts that did not have instructions as to how they were to be used; with no clear directions for installation of the light panels and the removal of the film and with panels which did not completely go in their spaces therefore undermining the application of retention bars, etc.
