I love the design of this sink. For me, it works perfectly for my needs. It is a deep sink, which can handle big items better. I use the raised level side to dry out dishes or fruit/vegetables. NO MORE ugly wire rack to dry dishes!
However, there is a downside to a granite sink. First, I had to go to a granite countertop vendor to drill the holes. The plumber would not drill the holes as it takes a special bit, and he was afraid of cracking the sink. Second, I was warned that the black sink would eventually turn white from hard water. I will have to clean it often with vinegar to prevent this.
It looks beautiful, I don't miss my old cast iron sink. Overall, happy with this purchase. The nero (black) is attractive and modern looking. Plus it is highly functional.

The sink made my decent kitchen look great. It is the instant talking point for all visitors. Huge sink, durable, stays clean, appears long lasting, and looks great!
The installation clips didn't work. I ended up caulking it in. Still, no complaints!

Beautiful sink! Easy to clean, and I love the shelf. I use it for drying pots, draining fruits and vegetables, and thawing frozen foods. It was relatively light and easy to install.

Sink is large enough to fit cookie sheets and large pots like for canning etc. Also great to fill up the several gallon container with the dog's drinking water. I thought it would be hard on dishes but even though it is tough it has almost a rubbery feel to it. Looks great. Love the raised area where I can dry vegetables and fruit after washing them.

After ordering this sink and having it shipped THREE times and getting an undermount instead of the dual mount, I'm going to have to buy whatever is available at the local store. Looks like a beautiful sink, but I guess it's not the one God has for me. :-/
