This appears to be a good camera. Much better than other bullet cameras on the market that I looked at and a good deal cheaper. My issue with my previous ceras was the narrow field of view, that was all. I was very surprised to find that not only was the FOV significantly better, the color and clear picture were much better than the cameras that came with my previous kit. . The camera itself it's housing connectors and wiring seam very good so far. Though the ancillary products are cheroot made There's a very wide field of view again much better than another bullet cameras and worth the price of this camera

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lewis Excellent wide angle security camera for day and night
This was a purchase of even more PRO-760 cameras. They other 760's have been up for a year at our house and I am replacing other company's cameras with these new ones. It is truly wide angle, no distortion at camera edges, very good at night and excellent during the day, no problem with being out in the elements and reliable. I check my cameras from my iPhone frequently and always get a very good image of what is going on when I am away from my house. Highly recommended.

I had one of these overlooking the front of my property, and added 2 more to replace other cameras. They are clear and very dependable...even in sub-zero temperatures. Nice mounting base and included equipment. Wide view area is nice and facial recognition area is very workable.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Salaz Excellent Clarity - Love the wide Angle
When placed outside in natural light, the camera is amazing. When I hooked it up inside my home to see the quality, the colors were a bit off (blue shirt wasn't blue) still a very high quality image. I have 3 outside of my home, and since I love the quality of picture and the wide angle, I am purchasing two more and having them installed. The night vision is great and very clear. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JayP GREAT CAMERA
The two other reviews that preceed this one are spot-on. I purchased this camera to help secure a 60' wide patio area of sliding glass doors and in-ground pool. Mounted about 10' high, the camera offers an outstanding day or night view without the need to provide additional lighting. Very happy with this purchase, and plan to buy another for the front drive and entry way.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lisa Excellent Product; Nothing comes close in same price range
The wide angle fits my need. There is no 'fish bowl' effect that are found in other wide angle cameras on the market in general. I love how Swann.com has posted actual video from several camera models to see side by side. I use it to monitor a home driveway that is two cars wide. It mounted 12 feet above ground on eve of house, and entire driveway width is covered, plus a few feet on each side.
I had to play with the camera settings as the face of the person was completely blown out over exposed in near total 100% darkness with the factory default settings, almost ghost like lmage, however, adjusting the settings, found what works. There is a restore to factory default, so its almost impossible to mess up, just play with setting and see how image changes. Worst case, restore and play again.
The wire goes through bracket into wall to deter someone from cutting the wire. The BNC connections are nearly half an inch wide, so the hole needed to drill, #bit not included# is about 5/8 inch. The set screws for the camera tilt are very secure, almost impossible to move the camera angle by hand once the set screws are tightened, the camera would break off wall before angle would change. We had the gutters cleaned and the guy bumped the camera with his ladder, and camera angle didn't move a bit when bumped. An allen key is provided to tighten set screws. It comes with wood screws and plastic anchors for drywall.
The IR LED's glow a faint red when IR is activated at night. Its good because it lets people know the camera is watching you to see the faint red glow in near total darkness. The glow puts out no visable light, but when its dark, you can see its glowing red.
The camera seems to work best in near 100% darkness, its a little over exposed in daylight, but that may be due to the settings played with. It seems to be either perfect in daylight or perfect in night, pick one. I need it for night, so I went with that one. Could I play with setting more, maybe, but its ok at the moment.
Overall, highly recommended. Are there better cameras on the market, most likely at 3 or 4 times more money. Is this the best one at this price point, hands down YES. When you compare price to price, this is a clear winner with no competition. Thanks Swann for putting out such a great product.
