I'm pumping gray water from a 20 gal tub set on the ground; the tub's sides are 20" high and the pump will sit on the bottom of it, so the outflow hose will only have to go from the pump over the side of the tub and run horizontally.

Thank you

This was just what I needed to empty a sump in order to install a new combo Watchdog sump pump.. I had to empty the sludge and water to fit the new one in and the Wayne handled the job with ease. It was Convenient, Easy to handle and Quick. The price and size was fine with me considering the time and effort it saved me. I also appreciated that the pump handled almost all of the standing liquid down to about 1/8 inch. It's something I might have to use again and I'm glad I have it. In addition, ordering it through The Home Depot online was convenient and delivery was quick. Paul - Age 74 - Middletown Delaware

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1/6 HP Utility Pump This light weight very effecient pump is great for the average Joe/Jill. Attaches easily to an everyday garden hose. Great for any area that has standing water or a tendency to flood like a basement floor and even a flooded kitchen, stopped up sink or tub. Just attach the garden hose to the pump, put the hose down drain pipe or sink, plug it in and walk away it is that easy to work no bell or whistles needed. I challenge you to find a better pump for your small flooding problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1/6 HP Submersible Utility Pump Short and sweet. This pump is every thing you need for a 1/6hp home/shop pump. The motor is very quiet and works down to less then 1/8 inch of water. Heavy duty plastic outer shell with an "O" ring attached to connect a cord so you don't have to lift it by the wire. I had to use this pump in a small pond and it worked effortlessly. At the bottom of the pond some sand and grit did get into the pump and slowed the amount of water pumped, but a quick spray with the hose cleared it and was ready to go again. I have used this many times so far and found it worth the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wayne Has Lost A Customer Forever I own other wayne pumps and have been very pleased with there performance. After what happened with this one I will never buy a wayne pump again. I used this pump to cycle the water in my fountain/pond in my back yard. The pump died after about 5 months. I called wayne to get a replacement and was told they would not honor the warranty because I hooked up the pump to a timed switch. They concluded that the switch allowed the pump to run out of water which ruined the pump. I explained that could not happen because the pond is self filling. The pump just circulates the water and the fish in the pond would be dead if it ran dry. They are doing just fine. That did not matter to wayne. Wayne does not back its products anymore so I will not buy from them anymore.
