Customer Reviews

Rated 2.7 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by slide buttons are too small The slide buttons are too small and difficult to move because of the size. I would recommend purchasing the single larger fan wall controller also made by Westinghouse and installing a separate wall switch for the ceiling fan light. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product, works perfectly Unit works perfectly, the light dimmer function is better than the more expensive Lutron dimmer that never worked with the LED downlights we have, despite having been replaced by the factory twice and being advised the problem must be with the LED downlights, interesting the LED's work just fine with this dimmer in all 3 rooms where we fitted this one. Fan function is great too with the Hunter fans we fitted. I highly recommend this unit September 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by never again just a poorly manufactured switch, should have used a levitron September 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product did not meet my needs. According to my electrician, the product is 3-wire; my apt. is 2-wire. I wasn't knowledgeable when I purchased it. I thought it was just replacing the wall switch for fan and light. So I only have the feature to turn on the light from the switch. I have to use pull chain for fan. Perhaps there should be a layman's explanation or recommendation to check with electrician prior to purchasing. March 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not smooth The sliders sometimes get stuck on each other and do not move up and down smoothly. July 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as easy as claimed We are well versed in wiring but after following the instructions exactly as stated, only the fan will work. The light does absolutely nothing. Guess we just lost our money on this device that claims to be universal. Our house is only 5 years old so should have adequate wiring, but nothing seems to work. I wouldn't recommend this until you hire an electrician that only charges if it works, safely. August 10, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JUNK JUNK FAN ONLY GOES SO FAST 4TH SPEED MAKES FAN STOP WILL BE RETURNING very hard to move switch June 25, 2013
