There are 2 speeds; 1 for grinding and 1 for stuffing, and a reverse function that helps prevent jamming. 3 stainless steel plates 3 mm (fine) 5 mm (medium) and 7 mm (coarse) allow you to custom grind your meats, and the grinder includes a sausage stuffing kit with a spacer and funnel as well as a stomper to assist in your grind. The cord conveniently fits under the all metal housing.
