Q:Are the remote functions rendered useless without 2.4 ghz wifi? My switch doesnt connect to my 5 ghz internet, but I thought the manual said something about being able to control it via bluetooth when there's no wifi connection.

A:  Yes, it can still be control via BLE as a backup option. We would like to note that all WiFi certified routers support 2.4 GHz, you might just need to enable it.

    Q:Installed it in the restroom and work with motion but the problem is sometimes it trigger the light without any motion and turn it on even when door is closed. happens several times even lowered motion sensitivity…Any idea how to fix it!?

        Q:Do these have a power restore function that can be changed. Ive bought smart motion sensors in the past and the default function for power restore was on. So if the power flickered at night they would come on and stay on.
