A: Please do not use Hubspace lights with dimmers, as Hubspace lights require full power to be functional.

A: Hi Enrique, please make sure nothing is obstructing the view and adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor. It can be adjusted if you tap on the device in Hubspace app. It should open up a detail settings page, click on the gear button and you can change the motion sensitivity there.
