A:  Do not install the freezer where the temperature will go below 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 Celsius) or above 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 Celcius), because it will not maintain proper temperatures. Operating the product in an environment outside that range would be improper installation and cause improper operation. Improper installation, delivery or maintenance is not covered by the warranty. A:  The serial number is 2 letters and 6 numbers and is located on the rating plate. The rating plate can be found in one of three possible locations; 1. the top interior wall toward the rear of the compartment 2. the exterior back or 3. the bottom right on the freezer compartment face.
