      A:  It comes with a little stick that you just insert to unlock. If you lose it, you can use a straightened paperclip or something.

              Q:How can the handles of this design be universal? Wouldn't the handle be upside down if you flipped them? What am I missing? It's driving me crazy. Especially the bathroom doors that have to lock. Someone help me understand this?
