      A:  No, and not any heat pump product can do that. You can try our Pioneer HYPERFORMANCE series units for these extreme conditions and you can get up to 2/3 rated capacity at that condition.

      A:  Sure, just don't select the heat mode on your remote. Heat pumps means it pumps heat in either direction, from inside to outside is the cooling mode.

        A:  Depends your insulation levels, environmental conditions, your usage, how many people and machinery (If any) will be inside. 27 BTU/sf that is not for all installations. It is something you need to decide. Inverters reduce capacity automatically as needed
