Q:When my unit is in Auto mode it sometimes displays a different temperature on the remote than the wall unit. Is this normal? What do the 2 different temperatures mean?

1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Hello! You may be running the unit in Follow Me mode (you will know if so by the little person icon on the screen). This will have the remote display the current detected temperature in the room, while the wall system displays the set/desired temperature. Otherwise it may be the case that the temperature was set on the remote but not aimed properly at the wall system and thus not succesfully transmitted to the wall system.
