A: While area can be reentered immediately, it is recommended to stay out of area for 24 hours so that the herbicide can be absorbed through the weed leaves. Activity on the lawn within 24 hours may brush off the weed control before it can be absorbed. After the 24 hours it is recommended to water Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed into the lawn and allow it to dry before reentry.
