A: If by "Standard Measure" you are referring to Metric the answer is No . It's display is in U.S. whole feet & fractional inches only.

A: US is the standard measure here. Yes, Home Depot does carry a (26 foot?) tape with metric as well on one edge, but this one pictured is inch/feet only. Dual tapes are more common in the Canadian market, at least in eastern Canada.

A: They are made so well they will last longer than ANY other one on display. The only thing ever ruined one for me was having been dropped in a swimming pool. Also they don't take to being left out in the rain (Don't ask).

A: No but I have seen them from "Harbor Freight". They are from China & in no way come close to a Stanley for durability.
