A:  No, we had to put it together. Took about an hour -- it wasn't difficult. I believe HD will put it together for you for a fee.

A:  Hello! Thank you for the question! This unit is designed to be used with a standard 20lb tank. The tank should not sit on the bottom panel hole. However, it should be hung by the tank scale and hover over the bottom panel. Thanks!

A:  Height from ground to top of side burner is 34.5”. Width without installing the right side is 38”. It can be assembled without the wheels, but once assembled, I think it would be a chore to get them off. There is a back cover that is the same gray color as the sides.

A:  34" to top of side burner, wheels add 3" to height..37" wide without right side shelf. Taking wheels off after building it would be difficult. Better to leave them off. Not sure what you mean by back cover - photo of back attached.
