My experience purchasing this item at my local Home Depot [7677 E Broadway, Tucson,AZ] was horrible to say the least. Specifically, The advertised price on the website is $45.98 [plus tax]. At check-out, I was charged $58.68 [$53.98+tax]. No reasonable explanation was forthcoming from the Cashier Associate, "Maribel." Home Depot's business practices are outrageous and bordering criminal.

Excellent service at Home Depot - they were able to find a discontinued paint color formula in their computer and mixed me a small can. This saved me from having to repaint 4 windows.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear the Exterior Ultra Paint faded sooner than expected. It's normal for paint to go through its fading process over time with weathering and sun exposure. To fix this, I recommend cleaning the surface using soap and water. A pressure washer at the lowest setting can also be used. Once dry, apply a new coat of paint. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback.
