Not happy! I did not like the color as it was different than pictured. I tried to send it back but found out if nothing was wrong with it, I had to pay the shipping which was over $130.00. I feel if the color is not to my liking, there is something wrong with it.

The patio swivel chairs were well packaged and went together easily. All holes lined up, and the materials are high quality. They are comfortable and very stable.

These are wonderfully comfortable once assimilated. All the parts were supplied, with an extra of each screw or bolt, and well organized. It was easy to put them together, though it took me awhile. They're great for outdoor use by my creek, where I can swivel around to watch birds in any direction.

Nice, but can we get a recommendation for assembly we did not realize they didn't come assembled.

I bought bar height table and chair patio set and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this furniture. It was easy to out together although a bit frustrating at times because I wasn’t able to make a full rotation when inserting the screws. The instructions were all photos, but I thought it was all very easy to understand. Putting the table together was a piece of cake. It took about 40 minutes to put together. The chairs were a bit more of a challenge. They took about an hour each and I had four of them. I did it though all by myself! I suggest starting from the bottom when putting the chairs together. Of course, number one took well over an hour but by number 4 I think I finished that one in under an hour.

Received package early. Directions were only pictures but was able to put together fairly easy after laying out and organizing. Worried would strip screws but completed setup and happy with set. Will order more chairs in future.

My only disappointment was that you didn't list this as a "pair" of chairs. I ordered 2...thinking I was ordering 2 chairs. The word "set" I assumed referred to the set of 4 chairs and a table. I got stuck with paying for 4 chairs and will have to donate 2 of them. I didn't want to spend money on an ad trying to sell them at a reduced price or pay freight to return them. I hope you change your ad on these and other chairs if sold in pairs. We all understand that 2 is a pair and any number can make up a set. In the meantime, I love my chairs, but I paid double the price for them. I'm 87 years old and live in an apartment with a small balcony. I have decided to donate the extra chairs to my favorite charity, The Salvation Army, but now must find someone who can move them from my 3rd floor apartment and transport them to the nearest SA Store. Please consider that other customers may be like me and be very clear in your ad to prevent another costly expense for a senior citizen just trying to buy 2 comfortable chairs.

Easy to assemble. Wish instructions were better, after the first went quickly. One is a little wobbly, tried reassembling but it didn’t change it. They are comfortable for me, my husband could use a little taller to rest his head.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I was willing to pay more to get swivel patio chairs. I was grateful to see they were good quality.

Nice quality for the price. Packaged well and pretty easy to put together and I’m a senior.

chair bottom problem the seat is not smooth there is a pleat where the fabric was not stretched

Very nice set. It would be nice if instructions for putting chairs together were written out instead of just a small picture to look at. It took me awhile to put the first 1 together and no where did it say to NOT tighten the screws all the way down until they were all in place. Once I figured out the problem I was able to put them all together easily.

I ordered a set for my neighbor to put on his porch and he loves them. They rock, they swivel and they look good! Another bonus...the rain passes through the seat material so with a light wipe down, we can sit out after a rain. I’ve enjoyed sitting in them on his porch so much, that I ordered two for my own porch!!

Chairs are sturdy and easy to put together but not as comfy as I had hoped. Maybe they need breaking in. The price was right though so I'm happy with that.

Wanted the same sort of item made by Tropitone but just couldn’t justify the $500 each price tag. These budget priced beauties filled the need perfectly. Easy to assemble. Appreciated the fact that all hardware came ‘plus one’ so no worry about losing a washer. Very pleased with my purchase and money saved.

Allow time for assembly. Directions are almost non-existent. However after assembling the first-the second chair went well. A good value!

Only got these a month ago so can't testify to the durability. These are the least expensive swivel rockers I found. They were also available quicker than other chairs I found. In hind sight, I would probably should have paid a little more or waited a little longer. They aren't as comfortable as my last set, which is unfortunate. My last set didn't have a bar that spans the top, so you could lean your head back and take a nap. These chairs have a horizontal bar on the top so if you lean your head back your head is resting on the bar (not the fabric) which isn't comfortable. But if you want basic sling chairs that rock, swivel and are inexpensive, then these aren't horrible.

They look good and sit well. Hope they last longer than the chairs they are replacing. Those rusted out in 1 year of outdoor use.

We just put our table together and are already planning to use it for lunch. Very nice, just the right size for our deck. We love it!

The chairs are very comfortable. The shipping was fast, in spite of the pandemic.
