You are still dissatisfied because it does not have a drip tray like the previous Roadtrip grill model. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We apologize for your negative experience with our product, and please be aware that even though the drip tray is not an active feature on the 285 grill, it still has a water pan that collects cooking grease and is removable for easy cleaning.
